The service here is excellent! The staff is very polite and acts like they care if you are happy, which isn't always true at fast-food places (hello, Popeye's). Joseph W. at the counter was great. The food was good and their biscuits are the BEST--hot and buttery. Thank you!

Disappointing experience at Lee's Chicken. Ordered a 3-piece leg, thigh, and wing famous style with baked beans and green beans, but what I got was a famous thigh, a spicy leg (not what I ordered), and mashed potatoes instead of baked beans. No wing to be found either. Tried to call to resolve the issue, but no one answered. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service and order accuracy.

The food was horrible!!! The chicken didn't look like chicken The texture was all off It looked it old like that new chicken that got out that's not real chicken I would never eat there again and I've been eating there for years The food was trash 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️
