Just got home from lumch by myself at this restaurant. This was my 3rd time to eat here in 3 years. I like their food. It is kind of on the plain side, but I don't like a lot of hot spicy food. Everything said about the service is true. I don't think the man (guess he's the owner) means to be rude. I think no matter how long he has been in this country, he just doesn't understand the social side of creating a dining experience people want to come back to. Another lady and her daughter came in after me as the mom asked about anything with citrus or a sweet and sour sauce. The man just shook his head and said that they didn't have anything with that. It was very unaccomodating and kind of a hard no. Finally the mom found something with pineapples and ordered that for the daughter, Anyone with service sense would have directed her to that as an alternative. This place might be great for pickup, but every time I've sat down to eat there, I have felt they could do so much better with some coaching about how to create a more pleasant and accomodating overall experience.

I order the Pho Biet and it was really good. The only problem that I have is that they charge NY and Atlanta prices for 1/2 of what you would get in those cities. I don't understand that.

Came here on a weekday just a little past 8pm looking for a hot, comforting soup meal. The other Asian places were closing but this posted closing a little later so opted here. We walked in and the man at the counter just stared at us, with the most unwelcoming face I've seen in a restaurant that said why are you here when nobody else is? I realized that despite the weekday hour, most restaurants in the vicinity were at least half full and this one was empty.

Uh-oh, red flag 🛑🚨🚩

Still more hungry than caring, we proceeded to take our seats (man didn't even ushered us in). He brought us menus and we ordered our choices after a few minutes. After getting our orders, he told us that they close at 9PM, just 30 minutes left! The sign says 930pm i thought!. No point arguing now with our tummies grumbling and not wanting to ruin our own evening. We waited for our meal with one eye on our watches. The dishes came and we hurried to finish them, whatever we can. It was an unpleasant experience! The food didn't even taste good! Whoever left reviews about good food was definitely mistaken!!!

We paid in cash as we didn't trust leaving our credit card details and left. We just salvaged our evening with ice cream down the street.

It's so sad how this restaurant is grossly mismanaged. The place has an elegant space with patio dining, very promising for any successful cuisine a restaurateur can use it for. It's located in a street corner with wide large windows on both streets. I actually love the space on how it can be.

At first I was excited to try this place since it looks authentic. When I ordered the vegetable pho, I was quite disappointed that it was flavorless. The noodles were cooked just right but the broth literally had no seasoning. Good thing the table provided Sriracha, soy sauce, and chili. But honestly, a good chef would've made sure that the broth was already flavorful beforehand. Ordering something as basic as vegetables can really expose who has the skills of conducting savory flavor. Sadly this place can't

After reading a lot of the comments I want to be the voice of reason with this establishment. As most people have posted the man who serves everyone may not always be super social. I can only imagine he is not only serving but also cooking each meal 11 hours a day. He simply takes your order and brings great tasting food to the table. I can't imagine he has any energy for the extra bells and whistles people here are asking for. I know people have high expectations for the service industry, but the way I look at it... This guy is here breaking his back each day to survive and I think he is doing his best. Go for the food and you won't be disappointed!!!
