Attendees Halloween ball here 10/26… absolutely amazing! For the price of admission $88 (advance) included open bar (wells liquor) and tons of food(appetizers). The music (3 bands) were super good and got everyone dancing all night! Top tip…do make an effort on the costumes or else you’ll look the odd one out!! Can’t wait for next c year!

First time eating at Lemp, went with a party of 8 for a birthday dinner. 6 people at the table were completely disappointed in their meal, 2 people said theirs was 'Ok'. I ordered the French pepper steak for $35 and it was all around disappointing, from presentation, quality, and taste. The birthday guest had a buffalo chicken salad and even that was barely edible. Fair to say none of us will be going back.

We enjoyed dinner, the Lemp experience tour and spent the night at the mansion. Dinner was absolutely fabulous! Steak tips and toasted ravioli appetizers were mouth watering. Steak dinner and house salad with house made Mayfair dressing perfect. The cajun pasta was fantastic too. The French onion soup was awesome too. We also had table side banana foster which was truly amazing. The bartended Paul is a little grouchy, but Matt and Micholah were super attentive, friendly and made great dirty martinis. The Lemp experience tour was really cool. We got to see all the rooms of the house and basement and learned a little about the family. The girls leading the tour were very personable and enjoyed telling stories they knew of the house and family. We spent the night in an adjoining room with another couple and the room was comfortable and spacious. There were a few odd occurrences late in the night that remain unexplained by natural causes. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back for another dinner as the meal really was fabulous!

A convention of horror authors was in town and it was the first time that my writing group (spread across 4 states) could all meet in person. So where better than an actual haunted house? We were also joined by several new friends from out of state and the staff was gracious and accommodating! I ordered the toasted ravioli and as someone who grew-up on them--they were the best I ever had! This was followed up by the Steak Manhattan which was incredible.

I was so blown away that I have reservations for this Sunday since my wife couldn't make it last weekend!

The Lemp Mansion was interesting and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable, really comfortable bed. The service was fantastic. We enjoyed exploring the mansion and learning its stories.
The restaurant has delicious food and great service. I had a dinner salad with the house dressing and a shrimp po' boy sandwich. I enjoyed every bite!

Nearby activities: There are several Haunted Tours for this very spooky area. The Lemp's have a sad and tragic tale, as does the brewery and the neighborhood.

Walkability: The Cherokee street shopping and antique area is easy walking distance. Interesting shops and a wonderful little spot called The Saturn Lounge.

Had an excellent dining experience at the Lemp Mansion. We went on a Sunday and had the all you can eat fried chicken family style dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the mansion. They let us take a look around the mansion and answered any questions we had about the different areas of the mansion. We drove from Chicago to visit, and it was worth the drive. We will be making a return visit. Highly recommend visiting the Lemp Mansion.
