What a neat little spot! The food was amazing, great portions, helluva price, and they have the nicest staff! Christine served our family, it was our first time here (we’re from out of town). Christine made sure our food came out quickly and correctly. She never let our drinks get less than half full. She checked to make sure the food was as delicious for us as it looked. Christine was attentive, kind, funny, and efficient. Lester’s, you’ve got a GEM of a worker on your hands. Much love to Christine! And love to the chefs in the back thy made our delicious lunch possible!! Will DEFINITELY be back when we’re back in town :)

An above average sports bar/restaurant with deli and BBQ items. Large bar, with oddly-angled TVs. Ugh! Needs upgraded bar/TV layout in bar. Some don’t work. Re-do ASAP. Been 15 years. But, location is great. Upscale crowd with good variety of food and drink. Lots of memorabilia. Food is hit or miss. My chicken sandwich was dry. Perhaps a burger is fresher. Potato salad and Cole slaw give it a “deli-sports-bar” vibe, which can work. Re-think the TVs soon. Please. BBQ sauce is nice, but average. Bar selection seems to be the focus. Good private parking areas. Known for their pastrami.

My first time here, and besides the baseball theme nothing else to get into,I was asked to try it out,but it reminds me of a upgraded Applebee's, typical bar food and nothing that stands out,It was alot of nets flying around, and the waitress said because of the bbq sauces that sit on the tables, this is why, menu not impressive to me,waitress was not that informed on wines, because she's not a wine drinker. So I just order the smoked BBQ turkey sandwich with coleslaw, and a smash berry glass of wine, turkey was dry coleslaw was sub par, service was just ok,nothing more or less, fried of mine assured me before coming, said I would like it,but after the first time,I don't care to try it again.P.S the wings we ordered where like a dry rub, need different flavors, smh

Crowded and noisy. As a vegan there was next to nothing for me to eat. Friends chose this destination.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options all contained meat and dairy. Exceptions were applesauce, green beans and kraut.

Came in to watch football with a group of friends on a Sunday afternoon. Sarah, the bartender, took great care of us and made sure we had a good time. The wings and pickles were delicious! We'll definitely be back next time we're in town

Service outstanding. Food even better than that. Get the pastrami on rye - best I've had in years.
Big parking lot but still tough to find a spot (expected - this is off Clayton Rd).
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Accessible.

We were afraid of not getting a seat, but we walked in and got two stools at the bar. The bartender was super nice, and took we got our drinks right away. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and fries, and I had the burnt ends and fries. The food was as delicious as it was the last time we were there. We will go back for sure!

We stopped in for lunch after circling the parking lot for a place to park...this parking is full at lunchtime. Once we were inside there was plenty of seating available at the bar. We were promptly greeted and our drink order taken. We had our drinks in short time. I ordered Lester's pulled-pork sandwich with potato salad and bbq beans. Cyndi ordered their burnt ends with fries and coleslaw. Didn't take long and we had our food. My pulled-pork sandwich was delicious! I tried Cyndi's brisket (burnt ends) and they were very tasty. They prepare their burnt ends with bbq sauce over texas toast. I prefer my bbq without the sauce, then add the bbq sauce as I eat my bbq. Overall, very good. Quick friendly service and tasty bbq for lunch...super nice!

Food was great. We had the deli sandwiches which were piled high with excellent pastrami and brisket. Loved the French fries. They were thin, crispy and hot.

Lester's was able to accommodate a large group order last minute and did it with great professionalism. Online ordering was organized well and user friendly. The food was ready for pickup when they said it would be, all meals were accounted for, and everything looked and tasted delicious. The hostess was very gracious and friendly. We will be ordering here again for our corporate meals. Thanks for everything!
