The food here is always fresh and delicious. The Crab Rangoon is the best around. Portions are perfect for dinner and then lunch the next day. We order Sesame chicken, special fried, lo mein, spring rolls, and beef and broccoli frequently!

This is my first time trying this place and definitely my last. I got the sesame chicken with white rice and the orange chicken with fried rice. Chicken was rough, chewy and dry. The rice was dry and the portions are definitely not worth the price of almost $30 for just 2 meals.

Not great, would recommend trying a different place if looking for Chinese. Only good thing was the St. Paul veggie sandwich. “Special” lo mein lacked flavor and was 99% noodles (one shrimp and a couple pieces of meat in the entire container). Husband had the hot braised chicken which was mostly breading and some chicken. Fried rice was decent.

Sunny China has become an annual tradition when few other restaurants are open. The fried rice, General Tso, egg rolls, and crab rangoons were loved by all. Priced right and ready in no time.

During that time I lived with my roommate and this place hooked us up with amazing portion sizes. We loved the Mai Fun noodles and there was always leftovers even between two people with one order! Honestly I still crave those noodles every few months or so, along with the teriyaki chicken kebabs; even with my regular order, there hasn't been a dish I've disliked so far in 4 almost 5 years.
I've never dined inside the establishment, but when I pick up my order it's always clean, the atmosphere is bustling, and the staff is so friendly. I'm not even ordering their food currently, and I didn't just finish a meal. I just noticed a past order and thought about how I needed to tell everyone how great this place is. 10/5 stars.

This is hands down the best Chinese food, best resteraunt around the jefferson county/st louis county. My husband and I Love it so much. The food is fresh, the building is clean and the prices are so fair for the amount of food you get. The people who own Sunny china are so friendly and sweet and can cook so well.
