Pizza was cooked perfect and the crust was delicious!
When they first opened they were great. Like all other upstarts it didn't take long to go downhill. Food quality fell off but still decent. I always got a sandwich called the Don. It's $16.00 for a sandwich! I'm not afraid to get what I pay for that's why I ordered the best sandwich they had. This is now the third time I ordered it. This time it had less meat on it than a 6"regular sub from subway... for $16.00! It's ridiculous! So sad. They have such great potential. Idky the greed just sets in after you get your locals hooked. Such a shame. We were weekly customers. A family of 4. Well I don't think we're alone. Steer clear of this place unless money is not an issue.

From the last two experiences, it seems as if service has slowed quite a bit and attentiveness of staff has diminished. Salad is still good. Hot sandwich was just warm.
Hope to go back and see Liliana's back to a higher level.

We ordered what we usually order: Pizza Bianca, pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and Matt’s wings. We forwent the salad becuase it was $17. We were excited to try delivery with the offer of free-first-delivery only to then be hit with a $11.39 service fee. “This 15% service fee helps us operate Door Dash.” Aaaaand all of the food was tepid to cold. We spent the first half of our meal reheating pizzas in the air fryer. We’ve always had a great experience dining in or picking up from Lilianana’s. Bummed to be disappointed with the delivery experience.

The good...
The food is pretty tasty.
The bad...
The prices.
The hidden "service fee". Where they tell you delivery is free, but then charge you a service fee.
The delivery was not kept warm in bags, but was delivered cold.
Terrible food on and treated terrible once I brought up with the manager (Ashley)

I’ve been to Liliana’s many times, and it’s usually a great experience, but this visit was a bit underwhelming. The food was good, but it lacked the usual flair. It wasn’t a bad meal, just not as memorable as usual. Still a solid spot, and I’ll definitely be back – hoping for a better experience next time.

Very good prompt friendly service. Good calamari app, nice house salad, Italian beef sandwich was tasty, fairly good spaghetti 🍝 side, chicken aldredo arugula pizza was great, spaghetti meatballs ok not great, chicken rigatoni kinda sweet sauce not the greatest but not bad, tasty crusty bread, I would recommend

The service was good and the atmosphere is nice but the food was just horrible . My husband had ravioli that he said tasted like frozen. I had pasta con broccoli kinda . I had maybe two small pieces of broccoli and the rest were stems that you normally would toss out and the sauce was super sweet with the weirdness taste . I could only eat five bites .
Lastly the bread was hard as a rock . I asked for new bread and the girl looked at me like I was crazy and said , we don’t have any other bread.
Had I never tasted what real Italian food is supposed to taste like maybe I wouldn’t had known better . If I could give zero stars I would . I was sick to my stomach the rest of the night .
I have no idea why the place was busy .
I love the family owned businesses but we will never go back .
Long time customers. Brought parents here to have dinner at 5:30. Showed up to open tables but an hour wait because apparently they take reservations. Nowhere on the website or social media does it state they take reservations. We have been ordering and coming to Liliana’s since they opened and were firmly under the impression that they did not take reservations. Hostess was not helpful or accommodating. We then had to scramble to find another place to eat prior to a planned event. Lesson learned. We will stick with restaurants that provide certainty around seating.

You better get here early for lunch. Tables fill up quick. Why? Good food and good portions. I'll bet some of those folks ate for 2 days! Usually large portions mean mediocre food but not here.

I am very surprised this place has as good a rating as it does. I got a Timmy pizza ( meatballs, banana peppers and red onion; red onion only on half) from them. I looked at the menu and thought it was strange they only had small and extra large pizzas. So we got the XL. I went to pick it up and was not happy when they refused to honor my pizza passport that should've cut the price of the pizza in half. Instead I had to pay full price as they only honor the pizza passport if I dine in, as if it makes a difference.
When I got home, I opened the pizza box and noticed that they put onions on the whole thing. Most of the onions were not red onions, by the way. The pizza was cut in a strange way; it wasn't the typical slice style or the typical St. Louis style grid cut. The pizza itself was mediocre. None of the 3 of us thought it was good. It was sort of like St. Louis style with the thin crispy crust, but the cheese was not provel.
The pizza was not good and given that the only reason we ordered from them was the pizza passport that they refused to honor, I definitely will not be ordering from this place again.

The ravioli bolognese is delicious, and so are their toasted raviolis.
I ordered through door dash.

A hidden gem in a nondescript strip center. Great food and service. Their portions are huge. It can be a little pricey, but it's worth it.
