From the last two experiences, it seems as if service has slowed quite a bit and attentiveness of staff has diminished. Salad is still good. Hot sandwich was just warm.
Hope to go back and see Liliana's back to a higher level.

We ordered what we usually order: Pizza Bianca, pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and Matt’s wings. We forwent the salad becuase it was $17. We were excited to try delivery with the offer of free-first-delivery only to then be hit with a $11.39 service fee. “This 15% service fee helps us operate Door Dash.” Aaaaand all of the food was tepid to cold. We spent the first half of our meal reheating pizzas in the air fryer. We’ve always had a great experience dining in or picking...

I’ve been to Liliana’s many times, and it’s usually a great experience, but this visit was a bit underwhelming. The food was good, but it lacked the usual flair. It wasn’t a bad meal, just not as memorable as usual. Still a solid spot, and I’ll definitely be back – hoping for a better experience next time.
