I went to lions choice last night and they were pretty busy. However a manager showed up and just jumped right in. I liked how she was able to walk in and already see where helped was needed. She directed everyone as I watch from dining room and before you know it she was picking out staff members telling them to go take a breather. I was later told that she was a general manager from my brothers neighborhood. I made sure to thank her before I left and even though she was busy...
Great experience! Kara was at the counter, and she was so pleasant and helpful! And infectious — it literally made us happy to be there, especially after fighting our way through Costco on a Saturday! My wife and I both used to work as managers in customer service, and high praise like this doesn’t come lightly. Keep it up Kara, go make the world a happier place!

Usually very good, like 5+ stars. But today, whoever was on headset seemed unable to multi-task. I got The Remix, opened the wrapper, and there is aoli sauce everywhere. I was determined to try it anyway, but there is so much sauce that I can't even taste anything else. Best part about this particular meal, the fries were fresh.
