Placed order around 1:00 pm on 3/26 for dine in. My fries were accidentally substituted for soup; soup was to be additional. I had provel added on my sandwhich as well. I went back to the counter because order was prepared and rung wrong. The lady making sandwhiches yelled can I help you I said yes my sandwhich was supposed to have provel, she yelled did you pay for it.. and then repeated again did you pay for it? Of course I paid for it it’s on my receipt. I won’t be returning due to embarrassment from the lady making sandwiches, line full of people. Cheese cup was cold as well.Edit: The cashier came to our table and apologized for the lady making sandwiches being so loud and rude, so that was nice. However, still doesn’t change my opinion from above.

When in town, I try to stop in since we do not have Lions Choice. The roast beef has been great each time but the fries are consistently undercooked or cold. I also am not sure why I end up encountering the same most unpleasant drive thru team members, who also never provided me with a receipt. A simple smile can go a long way. Thanks for the Roast Beef!!

Zach took my order when I arrived at the counter.He was very pleasantly efficient plus he ask me about rewards. He cared about the customer &making sure my food was good! I LOVE good customer service! Can’t wait to come back for same service & Lion’s Choice Roast Beef!
Next time I’m in the area i will stop in and get lunch or dinner. The customer service was good. Our order was accurate and the food was hot and the sandwiches were made when we ordered. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. The tables in the dining room were clean, the trash cans were not overflowing with refuse. The men’s restroom was clean and tidy. Overall a good experience at this location.

Hubby ended up getting a combo in addition.The roast beef was hot and delicious, the tangy bbq is the BEST, the fries were crispy and delicious. I treated myself to a mini dipped cone and it was an amazing end to my quick meal.Tables were all clean, service was quick and they were prepared with a laminated coupon they were able to scan for the promo. That helped keeping the line moving quickly!I'd stop again for a roast beef meal :)
