Lion’s Choice is my favorite St.Louis restaurant. Every time I go home I grab me a King Roast Beef with double meat and swiss. The store on Chippewa is particularly good because they have a wonderful staff. Also, right next to Ted Dress. What a great STL night, now if the Cardinals win….

Picked up a delivery so I didn't get to try the food. However the service was just as good as any of the other lions choices I've been through. I didn't know if the door was going to be open when I pushed it. It was it's a sign the employee's care about the business they work for.

Pulled up at 7:45 pm to the drive through, right past a sign that reads "Now open late", my order was taken quickly and then I pull forward in line with just 2 cars in front. Then I notice that the car in front of me pulls away without exchanging any food/payment. I pull up to window and the woman says they're out of roast beef. I question this and ask how Lion's Choice of all places can be out of roast beef. She glares at me and then admits there are only two workers there. I say okay but why take my order to begin with and waste my time. She shuts the window and I guess she wanted to get back to being paid to not work. This is not the 1st time I've had this confusing type of interaction with staff there who seem unwilling to work. I enjoy LC so I'll go elsewhere, but it's a bummer when the one right down the street has inconsistent staff/hours and you never know if you can actually come away with food or not.

Ordered food in the drive thru. It took over 35 minutes to place and order and get my food. Employee was friendly enough, but there was no communication, explanation or anything. Several people left the drive thru without getting their food. It appeared as only one employee was working. The food itself was just okay. Not very warm, but it was prepared as ordered.

Not gonna lie this was by far my worse experience at any lionschoice. The food is so salty my sandwich wrapper looked like it had been dipped in salt I couldn’t even eat it and then I called to complain and no one answered, otherwise I wouldn’t have even did a review. Just from the one bite I did take my head hurts already

This location used to be pretty good. 15.00 for a pile of overcooked beef, cold ff and a very bad attitude when I asked for BBQ sauce.
Attempted to order at the drive thru sunday about 715pm. King roast beef, add 2 ounces of meat and a regular fry. Was told I needed to speak louder so I repeated my order louder. Was asked if I wanted King Roast beef? I said yes! with 2 extra ounces of meat and a regular fry. They replied so you want a king roast beef and an extra ounce of meat in a cup?. NO- I want an extra 2 ounces on the sandwich!! I'm not repeating myself a 5th f'ing time. Fix your speaker system or employee problem or both, This IS NOT rocket science.Based on other reviews, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I feel bad for Mel- the manager everyone gets told to contact. Doesnt appear she is effective at managing. How long before corporate notices?Please dont bother replying if you are merely directing me to someone who clearly isnt fixing the problem.

Wednesday night 917pm supposed to be open, workers inside lights on sat at the drive thru menu for 10 min no one said hello were closed nothing workers were there I saw them inside. Sign says open till 10 how lazy and rude. Will never go back. Shame on you

My order was terrible and wrong. I ordered one roast beef sandwich and one turkey and Swiss, and I received two roast beef with Swiss. I paid for a large fry and received what could’ve qualified as a small. The food was lukewarm on top of all this.
