Be ready to fight tooth and claw to get your food here. They take your money, pizza is never ready, so you gotta stand aside and hope they remember you while other customers come in after. Gotta remind the employees a couple times that you had paid and are waiting. When you finally get your food after one of the guys standing around finally remembers they still haven't gotten you their pizza, double check to make sure they gave you what you ordered. Two stars for the pizza that I actually ordered tasting good.

First time doing the T-Mobile deal. Took a little bit but the pizzas were delicious. One of the only stores left around, they do some business do they must be doing something right.

Closed during peak time because of computer issues but they unlocked the door for some random person they knew to grab a pizza. But they can’t take a paying customers order?Employees rude, cursing at customers. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never go to one of their locations again

I will never come back toThis location. My order was ready the workers gave half my order to their friends that walked in right after me wanting food and I was told waiting on my order to finish when I clearly saw it was ready and they gave it away. Poor service. Worst service I’ve had and I’llNever come back.

The wait here is usually long, due to being short staffed and a multitude of orders. The people that work there do the best that they can and are friendly but overworked. The pizza is good for the price.

always a fine experience when I pick up my order in person, however I no longer get it delivered through their app as almost every time major items are missing and I've never received a refund.

I walked in with only one person in front of me and ordered a pepperoni mushroom stuffed crust pizza. I was forced to wait 30 minutes before receiving my order, even though multiple people after me with special orders got served first. I briefly glanced at the pizza before I left, thinking it looked fine, only to get home and find out that they forgot the cheese on the pizza. How does that even happen? One has certain expectations when they walk into Little Caesars, but they weren't *this* low.

The pizza was really good, the attitude of the employees not so much. I was told it would be five minutes for my pizza after fifteen I asked about it. A mumbled response something to the effect we are busy. No sh1t Sherlock. Maybe I am not understanding the concept of "hot and ready" being ready when you walk in. I understand you can sell out, just say it and be honest. Not some half @ssed answer of five minutes when the pizza has to be cooked, approx 10 min?

Do not under any circumstance order a soda on a delivery through thier app. Why? 5 orders this year, stupidly I kept attempting to order drinks each time, each time they failed to send them with the delivery service and of course customer service is never open. Food has improved over the last year but don't ask for simple things they aren't intelligent enough to handle it.

The people working there were all super cool. Running into people who actually have manners these days, is surprisingly refreshing! And everyone who was on the clock tonight at Little Caesar's, were NICE...and that, unfortunately is rare lately! So props to the guys @ Little Cesar's.

Pull up 30 minutes before advertised closed and the doors are locked and they're counting the drawer. Honestly, nothing frustrates me more. If you want to close at 9:30 than advertise it.

Well...now you have to pay for Parmesan cheese as an extra topping with purchase...as if...the limited amount of sausage on your deep dish...wasn't meniscal enough. The place is ran by a staff of 20 year olds. Some polite and other's are skeptical of adults!

Don't waste your time employees are slow rude and sit and do nothing while people stand and wait. When complaints are made to owners the one calls you and makes a big deal that his family owns it yet does not listen or fix anything. When you are there and tired of waiting and ask for a refund they state you must sign a receipt to get your money. Yet legally they can't do that. After refusing to sign it the I guess so called manager gave me my money. Do not waste the time going to this location. You will be very disappointed at service, food,quality, and attitude of employees. The owners need to watch every second of security video to see what employees do and how customers are treated. The worst place to go

It was yummy big Ups to your team today . You guys were super busy but rocked it out within minutes and had a busy mom w numerous kids in the car q (Super Close to the Zoo and Forest Park it's literally on the way home ) Not the cleanest location however super fast , hospitable, and the food was hot and delicious.
