Little Caesars on Loughborough it's not what it used to be, SMH, known as a fast quick convenient cheap way to get dinner has become a headache every single time!!! The wait times ridiculous and the managers are incredibly rude and it makes for a bad experience, IMO...

Arrived at the min they were supposed to open, but they didn't unlock the door till almost 15 after. Ordered a meat trio deep dish and crazy bread but once i got my food, the pizza WASN'T CUT AT ALL and I received chesty bread and was charged for cheesy bread, not crazy bread like I ordered.Took the food back, and the employee cut the pizza, which was almost cold by this time and gave me crazy bread but didn't refund the overcharged amount. I didn't realize it til after I was already home and wasn't going to go back up there a 3rd time.The food was delicious, though.

Horrible staff & service to say the least! Waited about 30 mins for 1 pizza! One was ready and was given to someone else that came in after me. Another couple walked in and because they knew the staff got their food made on the spot and for free!! Everyone dressed as if they are at home. No name tags no uniforms. Overall 0 stars. I thought my hometown little Caesars was bad. I give mine a 10 compared to this location.

Walked in 20 mins before closing and they said they were closed. Don’t say ya close at 10 if we can’t make orders at 9:40pm. I’ve been calling their phone for 20 mins nobody answered the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Placed order at 4:28 and it wasn't even in the oven until 5:15. Pizza Portal wasn't working. No one was actually working the register. No communication. Pizza finally came out around 5:25, 25 minutes after the pickup time, and it was incorrect (supposed to be extra pepperoni ... I would have been disappointed if this was just a regular pepperoni )They also gave me about 1/4 of the sauce for the crazy bread. Will never be coming back here.

They were out of dough, and could not make anything. The staff was very apologetic.(edit)Seems like new management, 20 min to get food, but they were very busy. Food was the same as always, hot and tasty.

Absolutely horrible service and food quality. I ordered a pizza and the Italian cheesy bread. The bread had little to no cheese on it and the pizza they gave me was cold and rock solid. I was still in the store and the refused to remake anything from my order or give me a refund. Do not waste your time or money going here. This is the worst store in the St. Louis area.
