Little Caesars Pizza

I had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars recently. One of the workers seemed more focused on being on his phone and socializing with coworkers than actually doing his job. It took longer than expected to get service, and when I did, his attitude felt unprofessional and uninterested. I understand that work environments can be busy and people need moments to talk, but customers should still be a priority. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

white dude had trouble hearing this other guy. over and over the man (who happened to be African American) repeated himself. he finally reached over the counter and got a menu. the white dude looked stunned and offended maybe a lil scared and it was for no reason. he sternly told the man he can't do that! the man just wanted to order some dang pizza.

We just waited an Hour for an online order and the employees were hiding in the back completely ignoring everyone.

The last 3 or more times i ordered food there it was a 0 star experience. once they didn't have my order and said they don't have the ingredients to make it and i actually left the place with nothing. nothing. once, the pizza was literally glued to the box and was totally uneatable. it's like they poured a can of olives on it and soaked it in olive juice and it glued to the box. all the ingredients were in clumps. the worst pizza ever made in history. they literally DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER. a pizza place with no phone? i will never (attempt) to buy a little caesers pizza again until the end of time.

They need to stop advertising that they have hot and readys. I've come in occasions on different days and different times and they never have them have them.

Creo que para contratar un personal la tienda busca personal no capacitado, personal irrespetuoso que trata mal a sus clientes, la pizza son muy buenas pero el personal deja muchooo pero muchooo que desear, y tal vez a la tienda por lo que se ve le da igual eso en las reseñas de Google se ve que después de años siguen tiendo el mismo problema, yo solo quiero recibir algo que yo pague con mi dinero, no voy a pedirles absolutamente nada gratis

Do not expect your order to be fulfilled by the time you want it to be done. You have to request for almost an hour before your actual need. The register crew is hit or miss with professionalism. This is a reoccurring issue that I wish management would deal with sooner then later. The only bright spot is the crew working in the back.

The pizza is mediocre and I can't believe the girl behind the counter has the nerve to insult me within earshot several times! It's unbelievable how someone like that can have a job in customer service! I won't likely be returning here.

Ordered 2 stuffed pretzel crusts and a not stuffed pretzel crust but we got 2 not stuffed and a wrong pizza.

Pizza wasn’t what I ordered, crazy bread was firm, dipping sauce was cold, staff was rude and sitting on the counter. Do not go to this location
