Only one employee working the whole restaurant. 20min wait turned into over and hour. No staff to talk to regarding anything. Food was not very good or hot for how long we waited for food. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially when there are other Chinese restaurants around. Hopefully they can get more staff to help the gentleman out and the customers can get better service. It is no way the single man’s fault he was working so hard. I felt bad.
Great food. Friendly guy. Don't be rude. Give'em a try.
I've lived near here for over a year, and like some of the other reviewers, I steered away until now due to the bad reviews.
Unfortunately, my experience has been terrible... and it pains me to leave this review because the older gentleman was pleasant to speak with and call on the phone to order.
The food itself wasn't terrible, really, the General Tso's Chicken was tasty, and the rice portion was generous. The egg roll was subpar but not terrible. The rice itself was pretty standard, a TAD overcooked but not too much so. It's what happened from eating it that threw my experience.... and sadly, the food, in the toilet.
I spent the next 15 hours after eating here with stomach pain and feeling bloated, which really was just bizarre to me. Afterward, I ended up still having bad stomach pain and found myself puking it all up...
The biggest shame is the combo was like... SEVENTEEN bucks! Which was kinda upsetting since I had no way of knowing that before getting to the register. All of the prices I could see online were outdated and very inaccurate. I also left a tip, which I regret doing now...
I wish I had taken a fraction of that money down the street to a competitor of theirs I frequent as to avoid this place (which I now will be doing permanently). I would've had more food, and I know I wouldn't have struggled keeping it down one bit....
The restaurant still live in year of 1490
Pretty good will be back. This is my new favorite and affordable Chinese place

Tried this restaurant for the first time because we love Chinese food. Ordered Mongolian beef and spicy chicken and both were great. Staff were very friendly. Recommend to all.

Prices didn't match anything online or in store. 31 dollars for an order of crab ragoon and general tsao with fried rice. While the portion size was good, the food wasn't. Very little taste to the sauce, the rice was extremely overcooked and the crab ragoon had 3 times more hardened shell than the teaspoon of filling that was on the inside. I've lived close for 4 years and avoided due to reviews, but definitely will not patronize again. They had a tv in the sitting area that was blasting Chinese music performance where you could barely hear the person sitting across from you. The food wasn't even good enough to even want to try it again for a different experience

I have eaten here a few time over the last few months. Honestly wish I had discovered much sooner. Not focusing on the obvious need to update the inside, the food here is some of the best I've ever had of Chinese food.
I had the garlic shrimp in the shrimp was excellent bery large, the garlic sauce is the best I've ever had my husband had the broccoli with garlic sauce it was really good also. Owners are very nice.
Vegetarian options: All the vegetables are cooked perfectly.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am a wheelchair user, very accessible.

We got the Moo Goo Gai Pan and Hunan Beef dinners with steamed rice, Hot and Sour Soup with an Egg roll and both were excellent! The rice was light and fluffy, the egg rolls were crisp and tasty - honestly some of the best in the greater St. Louis area, will definitely be back again!

Restaurantji Recommends
I work nearby and eat lunch here every day. They are very welcoming, the food tastes good, and the portions are large. I will eat here every day in the future. It is worth recommending.
good food good quality
Do not go there as I do not care for that type of food.
I’ve given this business a try three different times. Each time is months between, so they’ve had time to improve but they haven’t. First, there’s no prices on the menu and every time it’s a different price. Second, it never tastes like traditional Chinese cuisine. It’s very bland.

I was a bit shocked at the prices of the food, but I quickly realized that the QUALITY and QUANTITY of that food made it worth the price.I wish they had CLEAR updated menus with the prices, the menu I was handed for my to-go order had several layers of prices scratched out and all over the place. Also, looking at the dining area, it was not very appealing for dine-in, however, even with that said, the food was outstanding! The things that would make this place our go-to Chinese Restaurant would be clear, updated menus, online ordering for pick-up, and delivery! Otherwise, the interior is a non-factor for me as long as their quality remains the same.
