I have tried 3 times to get a cod meal and it is frozen because no one can do there job obviously

These store hours are not correct. They dont open until 11am but orders online are still allowed to be placed for pick up before they are even open. This is highly ridiculous!!!

Only thing in bag was the actual food. No sauces, no tartar sauce, no cocktail sauce, no sauce for the lobster bites (I believe a butter used to come with it). No napkins. No flatware, I guess I'm supposed to eat coleslaw with my fingers. POS place. Will NOT ever order again

Went here to pick up my boyfriend Order I got to the restaurant at 8 PM did not leave till 925. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and never have I ever heard of a customer sitting in the drive-through for an hour. That is completely unacceptable. I will never come back to this location.

12 bucks to start, 25 if you're hungry for low grade fast food is weak. No dining room either. It's 2025 covid was awhile ago, stop being lazy and open up.

Today's service make me a believer in their product. Hot fresh they were very attentive and the line moved extremely fast. Hopefully this is a view into the future of the service they will be providing

There was one other car in the drive-thru, and the dinning room was closed. My wait in the drive-thru line exceeded 20 minutes so I eventually just drove away. I was there approximately 7:10 to 7: 30. Not sure what's happening here, but I Doubt I'll ever try that location ever again. I'd advise the employees to let the guest know how long of a wait to expect. The major Chicken place next door handed me food in under 6 minutes, and they had a longer line of cars.

Food is fresh and hot, staff is very friendly, it's very clean, I really miss the one in Arnold we always went to, if you haven't been there or it's been awhile go get your Long John Silver's fix, best part of my day

Well they could be a little more attentive and customer friendly and Honor their coupons that they put out most of the time they don't know anything about the coupons so therefore they won't take them
