The lady at the drive thru is always rude. She seems to have an attitude no matter what day I visit. I hope she will realize her attitude is bad. Thankfully I have patience to overlook her meaness.

Just ordered platter from uber eats and there was no shrimp . We reached home and saw we tried to call but they would not pick the call. They picked up once said hello 2times and just hungup and when i tried to call again they didnt pickup. Food was decent but paying 30$ for the food and not getting what we ordered, it was a preety bad experience.

I've tried getting food hear twice. They don't greet u at the drive through speaker. And if they finally do. He's mumbling... and even with no body there it took Forever! I had to leave without my food. I guess to eat here u must have all day to do so. Or be special some how?

Service was fast, employee was very polite, food was delicious. Only problem was they forgot my hush puppies. Although I do like them, that small mistake can be forgiven.

We went sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no one ever took our order because they were too busy smoking cigarettes outside. 10/10 recommend getting a staff that actually wants to work.

They fixed the fish hot while I waited and it was well worth the wait and the price! Everybody was working and moving around and making it happen…. Highly recommend

The older lady working asked for us to hang on to take the order while she was on her phone. After order was taken we pulled up to pay she was still on her phone took the card to pay (took 5 minutes) while waiting to the order to be put together she was yelling at her phone. It was a hot mess.

Well I can appreciate that you are one of two locations left in the state, you need to service the customer like you have multiple locations in the state and do it with quality. I had actually stopped eating long johns because this particular location seems to hit and miss with their quality the last time that I got something it wasn't fresh. But this time this was fresh because you just opened at 10:00 a.m. and I have placed my order after that window so I got a fresh hot order which I can appreciate, but what I don't appreciate is not getting the order as requested, I asked for condiments which I did not get with my order don't know what the problem is there I'm pretty sure you have tons of condiments for the customer, so reading the order to completion is key. Not sure if I order again not if I can't get my food the way that I specifically want it.
