The food was cold and the waiter was very slow never brought the salad.

Great steak and service look

My visit at the 3642 S Lindbergh Blvd, Sunset Hills, MO 63127, branch on 6/16/25 at 6:00 PM wasn’t up to par. Our steaks were overcooked, and the service wasn’t expedient like it typically is. I treated my brother to Longhorn Steakhouse, as it was his birthday, but the steaks weren’t delicious like they have been on prior occasions.

Group of 6 came in late, still got great food and service.

Go see Libby on Sundays. She is one of the nicest and best servers you will ever find!

This is one of me and my wifes favorite spots. Had a short wait which was fine we went next door to look around bass pro shop and do a little shopping. But it's always worth the short wait here.

"I have an allergy" does not mean pick those things out of the food. It means I will end up in the hospital if I consume even the smallest amounts.

I am very disappointed our server had a attitude as soon as we set down. He made our night out miserable. He was so hateful, sarcastic and rude we were afraid to ask for refills or even ketchup. His attitude started before we even ordered drinks. Then we waited 25 minutes for our bill. It was the wrong bill we were actually afraid to say something when we did he jerked it out of my husband hand and rolled his eyes. We waited another 20 minutes I finally ask another waitress to have the manger get our bill. The waiter eventually brought the bill out slammed it down on the table and walked away. That was it I requested the manger after 10 minutes more we left. We got to longhorn 217 we are leaving the parking lot at 501. This waiter did not want to work today He made it quite clear.

While visiting from out of town we decided to try out Longhorn Steakhouse and were pleasantly surprised. Our server De Janna was prompt and very nice. We had the chickens wings as apps - delicious! The steak, salmon chicken Parmesan and ribs were all very good. We would recommend

I ordered a med steak got rare want it back came back raw asked for a manager been sitting here for 10min went to restroom it was disgusting.Not acceptable.

My husband order the 9oz filet that was med-rare. It was perfect.

Our waiter was amazing took care of everything we needed and kept up on or Drinks and seeing if we needed any thing else. My food and my kids are pictured below

We went there for our anniversary at lunchtime. The waitress was nice. Bathrooms were nice. Loved the bread and better. These were the extras.
The food was exactly as expected. We expected it to be good and it was. My husband talked about it for days.
