Our dinner was very nice, I had a cup of the shrimp vegetable soup, filet medallions along with asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, and a 1/2 bottle of Hess”Allomi” Cabernet, everything was very good. My wife had the portobello tortellini in a creamy white sauce with prosciutto and peas, which was phenomenal and of course I had to help her enjoy it because there was to much for her. Everything was fantastic, we will definitely dine here again very soon.
The pizza was on par with Digiorno's (undercooked, weirdly sweet crust, greasy cheese, few toppings). The service charged for a whole bottle of wine when we shared the half bottle. One order was incorrect. The ambiance was chaotic.
Lorenzo's is one of our favorites. The food was very good. Their hour salad can't be beat. I decided on two appetizers instead of an entree or pasta. The arrincini was delicious and the shrimp scampi was also delicious, shrimp were charred and there were 5 or 6 large shrimp. They served it with beans. Not my favorite but they were flavorful. My husband ha veal piccata. With pasta and spinach. He was pleased with it. One complaint was the wine. I requested a champagne...
