We thought this would be the perfect place to go before the symphony because it's within sight of Powell Hall; but when we got there, they were closed! At dinnertime on a Saturday night! We went to Vito's just a few blocks away and had a great meal.

Food is all bought frozen, thawed and cooked outrageous prices for the quality of food you receive. Patty Ward/Roberts is a liar and an alcoholic who drinks on the job and is always drunk at work.

Pre theater buffet was good . Efficient service. Would go again.

Don't go here if you are going to the Fox. Arrived 1 1/2 hours before show and had to leave quickly with food in to go boxes in order to make the show. Service very poor.

We had very good food! Our waitress was wonderful and kept up with everything we wanted!

Great place to eat if going to the fox theater. Good food and friendly service

Great Place tp meet before or after the Fox.

The service is great, but the food was a huge disappointment, very, very bland. I had the carbonara and it had no discernible seasoning. No garlic, salt, pepper....I couldn't even taste any parmesan cheese.

I was leery after I saw all the negative reviews but my boyfriend wanted to come here before our show at the symphony. I tried to sway him to go somewhere else. I tried it anyway. The menu is limited and again not what is on their website at all. I ordered the carbonara and it would have been fine if the temperature of the food was not ice cold? I was hesitant to send it back because I don't like to do that. I waited for our server who was nice but doting on other tables who were probably gonna give her bigger tips. And I had to flag her down and ask for my food to be heated up. I mean for these prices, I felt like my food should be right. I also had to flag her down for our checks. I had my card ready for her and everything to pay and she wouldn't take it until the rest of our table was ready to pay? We waited another 15 minutes til she finally got our tabs. We were in a hurry to leave for our show. But I think this server kind of ignored us. My boyfriend did like his tomato Florentine soup and said it was great. I should have gone to any other restaurant around. I know my yelpers are always on point with review for places and service and food. I won't be coming back here.

Perfect place for a buffet before the Fox. I wish they had a regular menu all the time but I understand when they are slammed. I wish I could get a reservation for a party of 2
Well, the vegetables are obviously frozen, the fried raviolis were overcooked and likely store bought, the penne was as bland as left in the car on a warm day water, the chicken was overly seasoned, apparently not to be outdone by the raviolis, to hide the fact it was also overcooked. And...the staff was completely unprepared. Besides that, eh.

only good thing was our server, Amanda, she was great. We went for dinner before a concert at the Fox, got there a little after 6. We were told it was buffet only because they were so busy. Concerts at both the Fox and Chaifetz, what did the expect?? Best thing on the buffet was the ravioli, and that wasn't even very good. Chicken was dry, pork was just ok, mostaccioli tasted like cheap jar sauce on warm noodles. Expected better for $21.99. Will not be back

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because our server, Amanda, was amazing. We went for dinner before a concert at the Fox, arrived a little after 6, had 2 couples ahead of us in line. We were told it was buffet only because they were so busy. There were concerts at the Fox and at Chaifetz, how could they not be prepared to be busy?? The buffet was $21.99 a person, definitely not worth it, wedding buffets are better. Garlic bread was cold even after being brought from the kitchen, toasted ravioli was the best thing, and even that wasn't very good. Chicken was dry, even with all the sauce, pork was just ok, mostaccioli tasted like the cheapest jarred sauce poured over warm noodles. We will not be back.

We came before the fox for quick appetizers. They were fast, friendly, and yummy! 11 year old approves!

I frequently visit at least once a week. The customer service is always excellent, the Chicken Theresa is AMAZING, and the atmosphere is comfortable.
