Amazing food and great service. The drinks are just ok.
I'm from NY and live in Seattle. This little restaurant in St. Louis was the best meal of my life. Negroni, House Made Pasta, pork chop. Sat at the bar and the two ladies there were so sweet and on point. I may visit the city again just to go back! Thx for the meal/service!
Louie is truly AMAZING!!! The food is to die for (I wish I had pictures) and the service is impeccable (thank you Jordy for an unforgettable night). Can’t wait to return. Hands down BEST restaurant in STL!
I had this fish last year, and I still can’t forget how delicious it was. I’m wondering what this dish is called.
The food, the service, the drinks!! Everything was phenomenal. I was not disappointed at all. El tigre is my new favorite drink. For appetizers we had the prosciutto and Brussel sprouts both were to die for! For our means, we had the chitarra and mussels both were excellent. I cant wait to try more dishes! For dessert, we got the Panna cotta. It was definitely not traditional, and tasted more of a fall dish to me. I wish I had ordered the ice cream, but I was so stuffed, but I wanted a lighter dessert! We will be coming back
Hannah was fantastic ! I ordered the New Year's Eve special Halibut and my husband had the beef tenderloin. Unbelievably delicious

This is the best dining experience my partner and I ever had. The food was excellent, really amazing. Every dish was a classic that was elevated by incredible, fresh ingredients and expert preparation. The flavors, textures and balance were perfect.
Every person we interacted with was genuine and warm. They were relaxed and precise. You could tell the staff are top tier professionals that love their job, love making people feel welcome, and love the restaurant.
We left Louie and almost cancelled our next plans so we could end the night on such a high note.

I am not sure why I put off dining at Louie for as long as I did. The reviews aren’t wrong! 10/10. Loved the crab cake and I couldn’t say no to dessert.

Wonderful food in a beautiful area of the city. Easy street parking. Hip atmosphere with bar and restaurant in the same space. However, it is very loud and we had a difficult time conversing above the din. Everyone else does too, so they all raise their voices also.

5 stars. Hard to get a table but for good reason. Everything we ate and drank was fantastic. Hoping to get a table in doors next time.

Our go to for cozy comfort Italian food and good service. By our second visit we were treated like regulars. Knowledgeable bartenders and servers. Never disappoints.

Been to Louie twice now and both times have been great. I sat at the bar both times. I love the service, everyone is super friendly. I've had a pasta special and a seasonal pizza. And the tomato salad I got in the summer was phenomenal. I've gotten the barbera wine both times and it is super easy to drink, medium bodied. Can't wait to go back.

Great service, great atmosphere, and great food.
Such a cool, moody vibe for an intimate italian restaurant. We have been many times and when I leave I always remember why I love it so much (outside of us living close to it) - the service is always wonderful, the pasta and pizza is great and fresh, and love their wine list but also have a good price for their corkage fee when we want to bring our own wine.
