My family and I have always enjoyed coming to Mack’s, however our last visit was unacceptable. I invited a friend, Adrian, who went to the bar for a drink since our usual server, Niya, was busy preparing to close. The bartender, Rose, made his drink but didn’t return his card. When Adrian asked for it later, she was rude, dismissive, and claimed it wasn’t her responsibility to give him his card, even saying, “It’s just a card, not a bank.” “and that it was stuck...
The customer service, atmosphere, and establishment were all superb. The food was excellent. I had Calamari and Sweet Chili wings. The drinks were great and it was overall a great vibe. The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Mack’s Bar & Grill.
