The rudest Owner in the world for someone who makes such great Chicken and has such great clientele to treat your customers the way that this man does is a mess! The food is always great, but the customer service is never up to par, the owner always has an attitude as if you’re doing him a disservice by stopping with him. I love this places food, but as far as the owner goes, and the appreciation to his customers it SUCKS! If the chicken wasn’t top-tier, I’d never come here and I wouldn’t suggest anyone come here! Also inside of the establishment, definitely not a place that I would suggest anyone that hasn’t been here already just go and try.

Hadn't had any macks in almost 9 years drove 45min yesterday spent 50 on trash they over seasoned with lemon pepper which it wasn't like that when he opened and i didn't ask for it fries okra even the bread was so salty you could taste see and feel blood pressure Shot up short staff is an understatement it took 20min to take order waited all these years for Total Disappointment

I stopped by Mack's chicken 🐔 😋. I got the 3piece meal . The rolls you have to buy separately the rolls don't come with the meal. The chicken was good and crispy seasoned good. Shout out to the cook!

Idk I hadn't been here in a while. Actually was going to Lee's but passed Mack's and decided to stop here instead. All I can say good is that the guy was nice and the food was hot. Half hour n Dam near $13 for a 3piece meal and it's trash smh not good at all not sure it's totally done idk it's sad Any st louis fish n chicken is better n macks used to be that deal, has really went downhill... I am just really shocked as I am still sitting here trying to eat this. The quality is simply terrible. I do not recommend.
