This was my First time visiting this establishment I’m here in STL doing an Urban Development and I was referred to Mack’s Chicken, Customer service from a Caucasian was thumbs down, from the time I stepped in till the time I left and the funny part about it, is he knew this was my first time there because I ask for hot sauce and he said they don’t have or give hot sauce for they chicken, he then handed me each meal In small separate brown bags & I'm like do u have any Big BAGS he said no they don’t have and for me not to close the bags or it was make the chicken soft and not crispy. His whole demeanor was not Welcoming at all. I feel so sorry for the people in that community that pay this company for food because if I got that unwelcoming attitude from him I definitely know others do as well. The Health Department look like they need to pay This place a visit. I wouldn’t not support Mack’s Chicken anytime anymore when I do development projects in STL. 👎

The owner is rude. Too rude to be spending your hard earned money there. The only reason this place has the amount of stars it has is because of the chicken. It’s seasoned really good and all but not good enough to put up with a nasty attitude like his ESPECIALLY for those ridiculous prices!!

People keep asking me if i tried Macks Chicken. I didnt know if you were talkin bout this one or Mac's Local Eats. I just chose one of em🤧 Not too bad, i could eat it again. And it comes up quick!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Mack’s. The attitude alone was enough to make me not want to return. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking here. On top of that, being charged nearly $80 for wings is outrageous — especially when the order was mixed with whole wings and wingettes without explanation. If I’m paying premium prices, I expect clear communication, consistency, and respect. None of that happened. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

When you finally place your order for your food and it comes, its always fresh and hot. The wait to place the order is what's frustrating. They are always looking for new hires. They stay short staffed.
