Kind workers, good food. I had the Mandalay chicken, noodles, rice, crab Rangoon, and a shrimp tempura roll. Would definitely be back if I lived closer!

I was waiting for my wife as she needed to use the bathroom and I saw a Mandalay employee enter the women's toilet. Not 2 minutes later, the same employee rushes out the bathroom and my wife, not far behind her, tells me that the employee didn't wash her hands after leaving. My wife went to call her out of her nasty behavior and the lady (who I saw) denied even going to the bathroom. Then this man at the counter said, "ma'am Popeyes also has orange shirts like us", implying it couldn't have been them. I guarantee it wasn't a Popeyes employee, as the employee had a Mandalay hat and not a Popeyes shirt. No one listened no one cared, just in case you want to eat here or take a free sample.

Food is pretty nasty. The only thing that’s good is that MANDALAY chicken the lady is giving away samples. Stick to Sarku next to them. The beef is extra but extra gross, no flavor. Noodles taste like water that has been sitting out. Do not recommend.

It's been awhile since I stopped at the mall to get some food. Mandalay used to have decent Ramen but not anymore. It took over 15 minutes for them to make my spicy tonkatsu. It was disappointing to say the least. My soft boiled egg came out hardboiled, my noodles overcooked a d not spicy at all. It is sad to say that they lost me as a future customer.

Bro I ordered a poke bowl just for funsies and it was so stinkin bad:( it had barley any of the fish, no avacado and it was 90% rice I had really high hopes for this place because their other food was pretty good. It was also 14 dollars what a bummer

Told 3-5 minutes for my shrimp pad Thai. Took almost 20. Charged extra for shrimp and only had 4 small shrimp in my meal. People were nice enough but this was a terrible experience.

We got boba tea, the bobas were clumped, we had to open the cup and use a spoon to figure out what was going on!

Try the spicy tonkatsu. Big portions of pork and noodles. Flavorful broth. Yeah, it's the food court at the mall not a fancy restaurant so I get takeout.

Great food. I got the Mandalay Chicken and fried rice. Mom and daughter were working their. Mom was super rude and daughter was quiet. Got made fun of for saying mandalay wrong.

About 16$ for noodle with shrimp. Just three or four shrimps on the plate. What? Greedy
