Now I can’t speak for the food considering I’ve never tried it but I can say one thing for sure, this place has the yummiest boba in the tri state area. I genuinely cannot fathom how good it is and they give you so much and the cups are reusable too. It’s my favorite spot!

Delicious flavorful food, the meat is tender and just pulls apart in your mouth, savory, sweet and packed with flavor! They have this delicious restaurant made sauce named after them thats sweet and adds a delicious touch to anything you add it to; vegetables, noodles, rice, meats, anything! The service was so nice everyone is so friendly and kind! I haven't had a meal that good in while so I greatly appreciate the people working at Maladalay ☆

UNHYGIENIC FOOD—these people don’t even care to wash their vegetables before serving! I found a WORM in my order! I don’t even know if there were any more that I had already eaten. Moreover, this was after specifically telling them that I am a pure vegetarian. I wish I could rate them negative, but one star is minimum that I can, otherwise they don’t even deserve this. UNHYGIENIC. YUCK.

They gave me under cooked chicken and when I asked for a refund, they refused saying they would comp me in a small mandarin chicken (which I'm allergic to) but still gave it to me when I refused, and didn't give me a refund. They also didn't listen to my opinion when I asked for no corn (which i still found in my chicken bowl). Finally the ramen itself was undercooked and really chewy.

The food was so awful and flavorless I went back to ask if they had changed ownership. In the last year, they have. I don’t frequent the mall much, but Mandalay was always our go-to for excellent curry dishes and noodles. The girl behind the counter just blinked at us like a deer in headlights and had no customer service experience. My expectations in the food court are reasonable, but the entire experience was terrible. I recommend any other option but this restaurant.

Other than the beautiful girl handing out samples the food is atrocious and should not be subjected to anybody's mouth. The crab rangoon is not done properly the noodles are bland and flavorless and the chicken is hard stringy and over breaded. I highly recommend don't waste your money like I did. Eat somewhere else yuck. I ate about six pieces and threw the rest away.

On google, they say they are Burmese restaurant. So I drive all the way here but they don’t have any Burmese curries. They are just another Thai/Chinese style restaurant. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 shrimp ramen bowls & stir fried noodles with my bf. The broth of the ramen was very distasteful, completely disappointing. It tasted burnt & flavorless. The stir fried noodles only tasted like oil & just were dripping oil. They were barely lukewarm too. Genuinely a bad experience, it ruined the day unfortunately. The customer service was decent tho thank you, but would not recommend eating here… waste of $45.

This vendor is in the food court at West County Mall food court. We tried a sample then decided to order lunch. I ordered the Mandalay Chicken with fried rice. Unfortunately the chicken and rice were barely luke warm. They need to turn up the heat on their food warmers. The chicken was cooked but most of the pieces have to much coating. Very disappointed.

Kind workers, good food. I had the Mandalay chicken, noodles, rice, crab Rangoon, and a shrimp tempura roll. Would definitely be back if I lived closer!

I was waiting for my wife as she needed to use the bathroom and I saw a Mandalay employee enter the women's toilet. Not 2 minutes later, the same employee rushes out the bathroom and my wife, not far behind her, tells me that the employee didn't wash her hands after leaving. My wife went to call her out of her nasty behavior and the lady (who I saw) denied even going to the bathroom. Then this man at the counter said, "ma'am Popeyes also has orange shirts like us", implying it couldn't have been them. I guarantee it wasn't a Popeyes employee, as the employee had a Mandalay hat and not a Popeyes shirt. No one listened no one cared, just in case you want to eat here or take a free sample.

Food is pretty nasty. The only thing that’s good is that MANDALAY chicken the lady is giving away samples. Stick to Sarku next to them. The beef is extra but extra gross, no flavor. Noodles taste like water that has been sitting out. Do not recommend.

It's been awhile since I stopped at the mall to get some food. Mandalay used to have decent Ramen but not anymore. It took over 15 minutes for them to make my spicy tonkatsu. It was disappointing to say the least. My soft boiled egg came out hardboiled, my noodles overcooked a d not spicy at all. It is sad to say that they lost me as a future customer.
