It's been awhile since I stopped at the mall to get some food. Mandalay used to have decent Ramen but not anymore. It took over 15 minutes for them to make my spicy tonkatsu. It was disappointing to say the least. My soft boiled egg came out hardboiled, my noodles overcooked a d not spicy at all. It is sad to say that they lost me as a future customer.

my favorite place at the west county food court!! staff is very friendly and food is amazing, they always give large portions as well and it is a great value of what you're paying

I went at 11 AM on a Thursday hoping that the food would be hot and fresh. I got a combo plate with fried rice, pineapple chicken, and Mandalay chicken as well as an order of crab wontons. The chicken was warm but the rangoons were not. The crab rangoon tasted pretty good despite being cold – I tasted garlic but no crab, which is fine by me.Both chicken dishes were just okay. The meat was a little stringy but not as bad as some of the other restaurants in the area.Overall, if...
