DO NOT EAT HERE!

The food tastes like it’s been taken out of a microwave packet and was so salty it was inedible and makes you feel sick. If not for that, it was way overpriced for the amount and quality.
Servers seemed disinterested and like serving us was an inconvenience.
Only saving grace was the on draft beers. Go for a quick drink, but I would rather go hungry than eat here.

Great food! Crappy service. Was seated and waited 15 minutes before we saw another sole. The ball park pizza was awesome

Seemed like it would be a cool spot to sit and have a cup of coffee, some dessert, and relax after the game; however, when the waitress came over and we asked about drinks she seemed annoyed that she was going to have to go make coffee, almost to the point like she hoped we would change our mindWhen she left, and decided to walk around clean tables instead of starting the coffee, we just left. Great way to not make people feel welcome. In the end she got what she wanted. The menu seemed like only a hand full of options. Probably not worth a meal stop.

The staff that are there are friendly and doing their best - the restaurant seems to be short handed.

I stayed at the hotel and ordered the toasted ravioli and gooey butter cake. The atmosphere was great a dimly lit bar with decent drinks and average service. The waitress was friendly and lots of tvs to watch sports. The toasted ravioli was dry and needed more red sauce to get it down without chocking. The meat filled substance tasted like the meat in your elementary schools burritos, they claim it was beef but it was more like a mushed meat pate. The ravioli tasted like cardboard and tasted like it was some sort of frozen product. The gooey butter cake sounded great but had a gross chemical taste to it. Definitely was a processed product that consisted of sugar and chemicals. I’m suprised that the Hilton has such a poor quality restaurant in it. I would rather drink a protein shake than eat the garbage this place is serving.

The bacon, English muffins and potato were all great, but please do something about the horrible fake eggs. Truly inedible. But the service was great!

I can only speak to the breakfast buffet, as that is all we had. We ate here 2 mornings in a row. We arrived midmorning both days. The food was fresh and hot. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The eggs were not the typical slimy we eggs that you get in this type of buffet. The Biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the bacon was easily the best buffet bacon I've ever had. The service...this place was packed, but our servers both days were very friendly, and attentive. They moved efficiently and always carried a smile. Until we have a bad experience, we will come here for breakfast any time we stay in downtown St Louis; regardless of where we stay.

Ate here if you times by staying at the hotel. They have a very simple menu. We ate twice for lunch and once for dessert. The seating was a little weird. I’m one of the stays as we sat at the couches & really didn’t have a table.

Went for a concert and stayed 2 nights. Room was clean. View was great, everything else was bleh. Blew a circuit at one point and had very little light in the room, called the front desk and maintenance showed up a little bit later to fix it, and this man acted like I just ran over his mother and spit on her. Literally the rudest human being I’ve ever encountered. Had issues with my digital key the whole time. Front desk was helpful with it but couldn’t offer suggestions on how to keep it working. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door the day of departure even though it wasn’t close to checkout time and we had the DND on the door. Elevators are low capacity so we had to wait in line after the concert for about 20 minutes just to get on due to all the people. Either that or hike up 23 floors while already tired and hungry. No water at the front every time I checked. Even though that’s promised through my Hilton diamond member status. Valet is really expensive and the lady at the pickup station is also very rude. She was mumbling and I Couldn’t hear her through the glass yet she acted like I was the problem for making her repeat herself. Restaurants closed early on a concert night so everyone was angry they had to order takeout, but they don’t allow delivery people past the lobby. So hundreds of people waiting in the lobby for Pizza and other delivery 2 hours after the concert. If you want to be close to the ballpark and downtown scene. This is an option. But don’t expect too much.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff wasn’t helpful at all with the parking situation. Almost had us double pay. There is no water or access to water except for lobby. After checking in at 11pm and waiting for an elevator for 35 minutes I had to take the stairs to get any water. Would have been so easy to offer it upon check in but it seemed like we were an inconvenience not guests. It is extremely expensive because of its location but also this hotel is a complete dive. The bedding and floor was so dirty. The air conditioning didn’t work and the “engineering team” was too backed up to get to it. Once you flushed the toilet or used the shower the worst foul odor of sewage crept into the bathroom and eventually it the room. After attending the cardinals game and dinner we came back and couldn’t breathe the smell was so bad. The front desk said they’d get engineering on it. Eventually we had to pack up and move rooms. However the next room also stunk like sewage. I’m not talking about a little bit. It was so bad it made one of our kids sick and gave my wife a headache. It was a dangerously foul odor.

The hotel lobby was very inviting with the fireplace in the summer, very cool! We were given early check in after a long trip to STL and we were so grateful. The rooms were clean, very cold on a very hot day and the beds were so comfy, I wanted to take a pillow home because they were so perfect! The rooftop bar/restaurant has a stunning view and great food, staff were very kind. I liked that family under 21 were welcome until 9 pm. Vending machine locations were not that obvious, but the staff were helpful in finding them for my teens. Area around hotel felt very safe and was very clean. Very short walk to the Gateway Arch area, would definitely return to this property.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet. Valet parking service was excellent. Fantastic roof top bar. Nice lobby. Across the street from cardinals baseball village makes this an excellent location for baseball fans.

Don’t stay here!! That’s it… The rest you will find out if you do! This place is a sh.., , t hole!. I would give them a zero if I could but if you stay here you will be sorry. Food is awful .. beds are like park benches and the water pressure is like taking a shower in a bird feeder
