Last night was the worst experience I ever had. I get a booth there every year for my birthday and when I say the service was terrible it’s crazy. The waitress had REAL BAD attitudes all of them even the hookah girl if you hate your job quit it. I paid for the services I wanted ain’t no way I’m walking around looking for a waitress to service me and that’s what I paid for. They was only providing service to there friends. When I paid for service just like the friends. It took them two hours to come to my table I understand we get busy sometimes but two hours looking for a waitress to come serve me is insane. Y’all really need to get a whole new set of waitresses. I will no longer be getting a booth here.

Waiting 2 hrs for your food to be cold and dry is disrespectful.. the bottomless mimosas are weak so I wouldn’t waist my money it took 45min to even get them.. I mean how hard is it to mix champagne and juice.. our reservation was for 12 and my friend still hasn’t received his food at 2:19pm. The waitress was non attentive and moved with zero urgency. The place is nice but for the money you’re paying I expect better quality than I received

The grits all over my bowl , the eggs dry and stuff we waiting a hour for drinks to come and my glass was dirty! The workers are slow I see nobody moving with Grace to be here ! Nobody smiling I don’t see how ppl spend money here! Must be a popularity thing

Food is DELICIOUS!!! Service was just okay but the general manager made up for it. She was doing a GREAT JOB making sure that all guests were satisfied! Shout out to her!! Drinks are strong and the atmosphere is unmatched!! This is going to be my new brunch spot!! I absolutely loved it. We ordered the shrimp and grits, frozen margs, and the surf and turf. Excellent value for the taste and portion size.

We were there for brunch on a Saturday morning. They opened at 11 and our reservation was for that time. The parking lot had people all over it. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first. We were seated as soon as we confirmed the reservation. Service started off well. The waitress was very cordial and informative. The food and drinks we ordered were delicious and the price point is great as well. Then there's the music. It was loud, the DJ was scratching, Lil Jon was yelling YEAH!!, and I couldn't enjoy my meal or the conversations we were trying to have at our table. The host that seated us checked in with us about service and the food and we requested that the music be turned down. She obliged but after a few songs at an appropriate volume the music was turned back up like it was time for the club to get poppin'. This is the ONLY draw back for me. Just a suggestion, brunch hours should have some smooth/neo soul R&B at a volume where your staff and patrons don't have to yell their requests at each other and people can enjoy themselves and their meals.

It's always a pleasure having brunch at the Marquee. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are pretty good. When I am having a vegetarian day, I am vegan 99% of the time, their red velvet waffles are to die for!

The restaurant had a very nice aesthetic however my meal was subpar. After waiting for about 40 mins my food came out to be incorrect, once the waitress noticed, she did immediately send it back to the kitchen to be corrected. After waiting an additional 20 minutes the steak and eggs came out, however this time the steak is cooked medium well/well when I ordered it to be Medium. I did however eat it because I am on my lunch break and can not afford to wait an additional hour. Along with the meal I also ordered 6 piece wings, which came out looking very pretty however the inside of the wings were not done. After being disappointed several times within this visit, I did send the wings back. During this interaction no one ever apologized for the inconvenience or seemed to even care to retain a customer.
