We were at the Maya and the service was very good. Their enchiladas are delicious and their margaritas are the best in town. Quesadillas are also great. The chips were very fresh tonight. We had a great time on a very dreary night.
This is another restaurant I have wanted to try for ages. Located in the heart of Maplewood, parking is easy to find. We sat outside as it was a nice summer night and we were dog-sitting that night and had the dog with us. There are so many delicious things on the menu that I wanted to try! Our table of 4 ended up getting a rice dish, chimichango, and enchiladas. They kept refilling our quickly-emptying dishes of chips and salsa. Maya is one of my favorite places in Maplewood. It has a great quality-to-price ratio. The menu features some unusual, authentic Latin American entrees alongside classic tex-mex favorites. Maya has plenty of Latin flair, but the atmosphere is more on the subdued side, perfect for a pleasant dinner. The margaritas have been voted "the best" by someone, and they are indeed very good.
