No one acknowleded our presense for 20 mins, tons of orders went out ahead of us that were not there before us, when I finally got someone's attention, he said he doesn't know why our order wasn't handed out. My son's mac n cheese is cold now and they made his salad wrong. We did not know that until we finally got home. No way to get compensated through their app. We shall not return.

This is the second time I have gone in for lunch in less than a month. The first time I waited 35 minutes for my food. Today they told me it would be 40 minutes!!! There were two tables with customers and three people waiting to pick up orders. And it was going to be a 40-minute wait for my food. I left.
