This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had . They were EXTREMELY slow even without a line of customers and the idiot handed me THREE DIFFERENT ORDERS before getting it right 🤦♀️ i had to repeatedly tell her this food isnt mine and im sure they still gave the food out to who it actually belonged to cuz she put it back in the expedite area . And my food was cold .

I attempted to order some food at the front counter and the lady refused to take my order. She told me I had to use the kiosk. When I tried to use the kiosk, the stupid machine wouldn't let me do what I normally do so I simply left.
In reply to the owner, I have already called McDonald's corporate office yesterday shortly after my visit. I looked at other reviews and saw this store has a lot of issues. Mainly racial issues which is not cool. I don't have a racist bone in my body. In fact, I have several black friends and they are good people so for me to get treated like this in my opinion is unacceptable.

Waited 10 minutes to order at the speaker with 3 other cars before finally pulling up to the window. The manager seemed very nice but like the only one doing anything. The other workers were extremely unmotivated and lazy. Overall the service was terrible and we will not be back.

It was convenient cause I have the mobile app and was able to order in advance. Also it was close to venue I was coming from. I'm only giving one less star for the 25 min wait in the drive thru line due to low staffing. My food was the way I'd like it. I was visiting from Chicago.

Stopped by this McDonald's recently and overall had a solid experience. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. My order was prepared accurately, which I really appreciate during a busy day. The only downside was that the fries were a bit cold by the time I got them, which was disappointing since McDonald's fries are usually the best when they're fresh and hot. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely come back. Just hoping for hotter fries next time.
This McDonald's is legit one of my favorite places food never disappoint always hot the friendliest staff around

If I could leave a negative star I would. My husband ordered me food to pick up here while I was downtown. I went to the counter gave the person the order name and order number. Nothing. I waited in front of the counter for 30 minutes while I watch people get their food and when I asked someone to help they said I would have to talk to the person behind the count who saw me waiting there and ignored me. If my husband did something incorrectly like place the order for curb side pick up instead of at the counter just say so and I would have called him but no they just stared at me while i waited, pretty patiently may i add, for nothing. Needless to say I did not get my food nor an explanation of what I did wrong to no get my food and I will not be returning
