Every time I go here I get harassed by homeless people. Whether I walk in or use the drive through they just walk right up to you and demand money or food. I’m done going to this location, someone is going to get seriously hurt here.

The overall quality of the food has really gone downhill. It's just a dextrose enhanced stomach filler joint that's good for little kids birthday parties and that's it. The chocolate milkshakes are good WHEN they are serving them.

Literally horrible. The worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. Terrible service, everyone that works there looks like they want to off themself. God forbid i ask for sauce that i INCLUDED in my order they get an attitude. Place smelled like sewage, very unclean. Horrible experience.

I give this place 1star for trying I was just here and I purchased quarter pounder meal and I received raw burger this is terrible and I will be back to return this raw ass burger like McDonald's downtown need to be closed

Why is this location so comfortable being disrespectful? They legit had bullet holes through their drive thru at one point you would think their would be a sense of fear or mindfulness when dealing with the public. When the staff is ran by older more experienced management I notice its normal to attend here, the moment they begin hiring a bunch of children again is when it always seems to take a downfall again. These kids are way too comfortable being disrespectful. & by my interaction with a supposed manager who seemed very unenthused and unconcerned about my interaction with one I can see why they are disrespectful. This lady threw a receipt and told me a number was at the bottom. Anyone leaving a good review was clearly paid. Only thing keeping this one open is that their is not another one downtown.

Go if you wanna wait 15-20 min to get your food. My cheeseburger tasted like it had been sitting for days. It was not good - however I did ask for fresh fries and they were nice and hot so Decent service but homie called me Auntie lol.

Took extra time out of my morning to get food and coffee on the way to my 10 hour shift starting at 6am; I get there at 5:30. This location says that it's open 24 hours. Employee asks if I'm ordering using the mobile app, I say no, he says, "hold on a minute, I'm busy." I wait 5 minutes in silence. Another employee speaks and says "I'm sorry, we're not accepting orders until 6am." At least have accurate open and close time information so people aren't going to work hungry, or at the very least tell people *right away* you can't accept orders instead of wasting their time!
