They did my order of a large frappe wrong, gave me a small and then told me to wait for them to bring it out curbside. Waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get it. Never write reviews so this is a first for me

Staff very rude, no costumer service, I'm talking about the one on Tucker, it sucks in all areas of the restaurant especially the restrooms, and it has an oder in the building that's awful!!

Find another McDonald's. I don't normally review places that everyone knows, but this McDonald's misses the mark. The workers seem to be trying their best, but things just fall apart. I went on two concurrent days and I had to navigate panhandling, both times. They were out of Dr. Pepper both days, there menus switched to lunch, but they said they could only serve breakfast and asked me to order from memory. The drive through got completely shut down on the second day. Burnt eggs, missing food, no utensils. This just isn't the experience I have come to expect from McDonald's.

Hours says 24 hours. I showed up the lights were on and no one answered the drive thru. If you can't be open 24 hours you need to update your hours of operation. That's false advertising.

Went thru the drive thru and the microphone wasn't working so when I got to the pay window, the worker there told me to drive up to the next window and tell them. So I drove up to the next window and told the gal about the lane with the broken microphone and that all I wanted was an iced coffee. She said I would have to drive thru again and place the order at the box that wasn't broken. When I told her that I just wanted a drink, she said "I told you you were going to have to drive back around through the drive thru and that I'm not fittin to tell you again"! I couldn't believe she had just said that to me. Needless to say I did not drive back through and will never go back and I live right across the street! It's a shame that some businesses in the service industry hire such incompetent, rude workers that have no idea what good customer service is and have no business waiting on people.
