The drive through person couldn't take my order because her manager won't allow her to do it since they have a rush inside. There were only 4 customers inside. They just didn't want to serve. Sheryl the manager was the one who decided not to serve customers through dt. Awful service.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. They taste like they put them in the microwave. The bread was tough and was still cool. Wasn't fresh. The young lady that waited on us was sweet as she could be.
Kid-friendliness: I had my 11 year old granddaughter and the atmosphere was friendly.

It's McDonald's. No one would talk to me. The bathroom was atrocious. The ordering process is very annoying, and my food was almost cold when they brought it to me. I ordered extra pickles for flavor because I never get extra salt and pepper when I request it. I got extra pickles, but assembly was required. The workers acted like I was brothering them by asking them to do their jobs. Everything about this experience was abismal, and I would rather die of starvation before going back to this location.

It's one of those places where you might see a fight any given day between employees and customers. Could be cleaner and it's Mc Donald's so the "food" is what it is I don't think it's ever better from one place to another. Safe travels stay strapped at this one

Only gave one star because I had to. Absolute terrible service. Our order is NEVER right. How hard is it to NOT put one thing on a burger. Not only did they put what we didn’t want on there it was like the burger was covered in it. Will never come here again.

If I could do negative I would. Please don't go there unless you have all the time in the world.. this morning on the way to work we stopped by, took 10 minutes for someone to even attempt to speak to us in the drive thru. Then couldn't hear the person on the speaker, so we drove up to window to make sure the order was taken. Then the person doing drive thru took 3 peoples orders before even opening the window, then gonna hassan attitude with us! Don't like your job sweetie find another one,because you are not cut out for the service industry. Do better McDonald's in hiring people...
