I got to the window where you pay for your order and I showed her my code for my mobile order and she was super rude, saying that she didn't know what the hell that code was. Why the hell didn't I say the code over the speaker? She thought I didn't speak English and that I wouldn't understand all the rude things she was saying. It's very bad on McDonald's part to have this kind of workers.

I placed an online order and when I got there, it was a total mystery as to where my order was. No one was concerned about it, either. Was told I "might" be refunded within the next 30 minutes. All while this was happening, a custodian made rude comments and said I should "just go to the grocery store" I work in customer service and what I just went through was one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food chain.

Stopped at the drive through around 1pm today to order. The lady at the window gave me a genuine smile and left a good impression with me. Not only did they get my order right, but my fries were fresh and hot, the bun was fresh and not smashed, and my sprite was perfection. I get my drinks with no ice. Honestly, you can't find a fresher tasting drink anywhere else except for McDonald's. I never thought Id leave a review for McDonald's, but my experience at this location left me with a lasting impression today. Thank you!

So I went to this McDonald's and ordered inside the store at the kiosk while waiting for our food. I saw a straight up COCKROACH crawling around. I told the worker who saw it and she didn't do anything about it. Then I told the other worker about it and she said don't kill it but the other worker smashed it when I told her I saw it crawling towards the wall of the establishment behind the counter. It was back not far from where all the food is. This place needs to be shut down until the place is deep cleaned and bug sprayed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! McDonald's you have some explaining to do! Need a response from u ASAP!
