Stopped at the drive through around 1pm today to order. The lady at the window gave me a genuine smile and left a good impression with me. Not only did they get my order right, but my fries were fresh and hot, the bun was fresh and not smashed, and my sprite was perfection. I get my drinks with no ice. At 11 am about 30 min after breakfast ended I paid and advanced to the pickup window where I'd get the Big Mac, large fries and large drink I ordered. I received my drink and was told to advance to the yellow line. I then proceeded to wait for 10 min to get the rest of the order. The wait was and the person bringing it out only said "Here's your food." No making sure it was the correct order or an apology gor the long wait. This is NOT fast food.
