I get coffee here in the morning before work a few times a week. The ladies that work here are always so lovely, even when they're clearly busy or there's some issue like longer waits or being out of my coffee flavoring (rare occurrence).

bruhhh their sunday night crew got the BEST vibes! these ladies had me giggling nd kicking my feet in the drive thru lmaooo. we was kiki-ing fr! and yall the food was hot and fresh and smelled so good; hit me wit a wave of nostalgia like when you were a kid onna long ahh road trip and your mama and daddy would pull up to the combo gas station mickey deez >>> shoutout these ladies; they running this biddie like it’s the navy! aye best vibes out there <3 stay blessed

Apparently they can close 10 min early, even after you've waited 10 min at the drive through, which would actually make it 15 min early. Then when you question it they call you a cracker. Not a great look for a company struggling, much less for a location that consistently turns out mediocre food even by McD's standards. There are 4-5 better options within 3 blocks. Save yourself the trouble this place is trash.

Placed a mobile order… once I arrived and waited for 15 minutes at the drive thru order box without an answer I drove to the window to look inside where I see employees walking around it takes an additional 3 minutes to get the attention of a lady who’s sweeping I’m informed that they are open but won’t be completing my order by the manager and I’ll have to cancel my order which means I have to wait for my refund… how can a place be open accepting orders and not fulfilling orders at the same time

Place an order online just to sit in line to waiting a long period with someone to have an attitude. Crazy! Manager, dist manger, and owner need to step in.. I spent to much money for this. I wish I could cancel my order. Never again!

Stopped in for a mcflurry. Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru. They gave me ice cream with some cookie crumbs sprinkled on top. NOTHING was mixed into it. Lazy incompetence runs rampant here. Don't waste your time or money.

The McDonald's at Hampton and Chippewa located in the Hampton Village shopping center is one of worst fast food service places in this area. No matter what time of the day you go. Its one of worst food places to get food. You either waiting for long period of times or they will cancel your order or orders base on their time when changing the menu. Door dashing at this South City location is terrible. Half of the time you have to wait 35 mins for your order. Sometimes if you go thru the drive thru, the employees will not respond. The people who work at this location is very disrespectful and rude. Never again I will spend my hard earned money or Door Dash at this McDonald's. I wish I can rate 0.

Could use some tender love and care. Customer are sweet, being able to accommodate customer orders in a timely manner definitely is where the tlc can be applied.

Update went back for breakfast and much better. Completely a different place. I was very pleased. Went for lunch ordered quarter pounder with cheese value meal no pickle. They say they are made to order but that's a lie. Its was cold and not even cooked all the way. I called the manager after I left and she wanted my name for (the book) so my food would be free next time. I said no and why do you need a book? Is your service so bad you need a book? I told no her I expect you to get this correct the first time. On the bottom of the receipt it says food must be returned for replacement. If McDonald s needs to put this on there receipt then they must have a problem. I only have a few minutes for lunch and I'm not keeping the food in my car until next time. I threw it away and went without lunch. No time to go back. Shame on you McDonald's. This is not hard.The cheese wasn't even melted.
