I ordered a cookie tote in an iced coffee. I'm still hurting this 908 these people that had a fight, and they're still not trying to make things my food, terrible service disrespectful, all of the above just trash

Mobil order. I sat at the window for 28 minutes being ignored. One of the worst locations. Never coming back again. Staff kept passing by ignoring me. Canceled my order.

No one took my order at the speaker so I pulled up and a rude woman rolled her eyes at me and told me to get to the back of the line to place my order. I did this and when I got my food (McRib) and opened the bag the McRib was on a hamburger bun with the meat flopping all over the place and the sauce dripping everywhere. I ate a few bites but it was a mess.

The chips were very runny, the truth is that they no longer have the quality they used to, to be honest, I only stopped by for my ice caramel mocha but suddenly they stopped selling it and I don't like that place anymore. I don't like the food but everyone decides what to eat.

The staff here have bad attitudes, bad communication, bad tone, and just rude. It's rediculous for someone that works at the establishment to get mad because a customer requests their food to be a certain way. My advice is get a new job if you don't like the one you are at. There are other jobs out here. Working with the public apparently is not for you. Most of the people I know want their food a certain way. Its no crime in that. Additional training is needed on customer service ethic for sure. I definitely won't be back. This is why I usually go further out to restaurants rather than in my neighborhood, which is sad.
