How do you order a grilled item with something omitted and it's still cold. This McDonald's really needs to shut down , I live in between two different ones and one is just as bad as the other. They both are owned by the same person. I have to go all the way to Wentzville to get a decent meal

The most disrespectful group of kids I’ve ever seen working. This location needs more training on how to respect customers and how to be professional. When you walk in all you hear is cursing and when they mess up your order they act like you did something to them. Please provide more customer service training!

EXTREMELY slow and the lobby is ALWAYS closed for whatever reason.Make sure to check your bags they always seem to miss putting an item in your bag

Absolutely horrible Serivce in the evening. Kids standing around on there phones doing absolutely nothing. Manager is trash. Waiting over 30 mins for a chicken sandwich meal.
