Terrible service. Was waiting way too long for a McChicken. Then on top of that, after that long wait, the fries were cold and old as dirt smh. Should’ve followed my first mind and went to DQ.

This McDonald’s is about 2 miles further down the road than the one closest to my house and my job. The difference between the two establishments is like night and day. From the time that you’re greeted at the microphone with a friendly voice to the time that it takes for you to get your hot fresh food to the thank you and the smile that you receive at the window when you get your food. The customer service is stellar. Their food has always been hot and fresh no matter what time of day or what I order all the way from cookies to crispy chicken sandwiches. Their drive-through is always managed in a very timely fashion. And I can’t stress enough how far the great customer service goes. Congratulations to the whole team at that McDonald’s for a job. Well done. The manager at that store should feel proud and lucky to have a team as great as they do working with them.

Waited 20 minutes for a McMuffin meal with coffee and by the time I got my stuff it was cold and they refused to give me warm food . Will not be coming back to this location .

Drive threw 1016 rube staff white girl with purple hair rolling her eyes and giving attitude for no reason… I’m sorry if you don’t like your job then find one that don’t make you mad for bringing out food
