I've been here to this location over 20 times in my life, today you guys turned a loyal customer into a hater, this location will be the reason i never go back to a mcdonalds ever again. You awful employees winked and gave each other a thumbs up then proceeded to give me a burger with pickles mustard and ketchup on it and tried to hide it with the 2nd patty after i ordered a double quarter pounder plain with cheese. whoever works at 11:40pm on 1/18/2026 should be ashamed of themselves. That food was for my autistic child and i hope you guys have nothing but problems here on out. Truly awful human beings working at this dump.

There is *something* wrong every single time I come here, and it's at least once a week.
Not to mention the person at the 2nd window makes me repeat my entire order every time now. This place is terrible.
My coffee is somehow wrong 90% of the time when all they have to do is add extra sugar and it's obvious if they don't.
They take way too long to prepare a simple meal, and they need to fix the microphone when you're ordering at the drive-thru so they can hear what you're ordering

fast food around here is horrible. i haven't even trusted to try it for a decade. one day i wanted a Big Mac. i went up the street to the Mc Donalds. there were about 18 employees and about 4 customers and the fries were undercooked, the burger was old, cold and dry. the service was like they were doing me a favor by overcharging for bad food. i'll never go there again until the end of time. or any other place around here.

While I do not eat at McDonald’s because of their atrocious food and wait times, I stopped by to use the restroom and the Hispanic young man was SO kind and helpful. He was doing his best on front line alone and when I asked him to unlock the restroom for me he grabbed the key immediately, gave me a brief explanation on why it was locked and held the door open for me to enter. I really respect any kid that has good costumer service. Thanks!

When I got my special order for my bacon quarter pounder. It was missing everything that made it a special order. And my french fries looked like they had pepper , but it was all burnt pieces.
