My friend got a McChicken the first time they gave her cheese (who puts cheese on a McChicken???)
Then she went in to get a new one and they put tomatoes on it?? Then again and they didn't even give her lettuce?? 😭

Had ordered a blueberry pie and when I got to the semiconductor windows after paying they told me they had no pies and I asked if there was anything else in place they could give me for that and refused to accommodate. Poor customer service.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, they made me wait 30 minutes for my order!!! This is really really ridiculous! This is why people are late to work on weekdays!

Just wanted to say thank you to the one of the managers for believing me when I ordered my food online. I ordered thru the app. Like I usually do. Went to pick it up and the GM said my order had been canceled. Now I live very close to the location and my app states I cannot cancel my order due to the close proximity of my home and the location. I showed him my app and my bank account. He said id have to order it again. I asked if he would refund my first order and he said no that id have to discuss it with my bank. Then went right on to helping the next customer. Luckily this angel of woman, another manager asked my name and my order was right there and she gave it to me. I asked her why the other manager said that and unfortunately she couldn't speak for him, which is fair. I didnt catch her name but shout out to her for giving me my food with out any trouble. She deserves a raise and employee of the month. No wait, she deserves employee of the year!! Thank you ma'am for believing me and getting me my food. You are the goat!

Went thru drive-thru 7/12/25. Employees very unpleasant. Asked for plain double cheese. They scraped some of ketchup off and it still had ketchup smeared and dripping off bun. All of the food for 3 people was cold and did not taste good. Never going here again!

The Sausage Biscuit was good. It could have been warmer
The clerk who took the order seemed stressed, she was abruptly during the transaction.
The worker who gave me my order was pleasant efficient and friendly but business like.

Placed a mobile order at 10:30, was there by 10:40 (supposedly 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed) and they said they were closed. Their hours on the app actually showed they were supposed to be open until midnight. So many issues. Bad service!
