I’ve been to this McDonald’s twice recently. The first time, I ordered at the drive thru screen, and my order came out correctly.

The second time, I ordered through the McDonald’s app. When I pulled up to the second window, the employee asked what my order was, even though it should have been on their screen. After I told them my order, I was given only part of what I ordered.

I drove back around and let them know my order was incorrect. I then waited another 10–15 minutes to receive my food. The same employee again asked what my order was. Although most of the order was correct this time, I ordered a regular McChicken and was given a Spicy McChicken instead.

I don’t mind receiving the wrong variation of an item occasionally, but I do expect to receive everything I ordered.

Management is horrible! Cussed me out in Spanish thinking I couldn't understand her. I waited for someone to bring our curbside order out and no one did after several minutes and several cars ordering, getting food and leaving...so I pulled up to the drive thru, they told me to come in...no I have my baby in the car. OK come to the 2nd window. I get there they said they brought my food out but I wasn't there...ummm? They handed me my food and it was obviously cold. So I asked for a remake. They told me I needed to pull up and wait for a remake bc there were other customers behind me...mind you ones that arrived after I had already been waiting. She said if I didnt want to pull up then she would refund me. I told her no, I have been waiting over 20m to feed my baby, I just had a cheeseburger 2 fries and a 4pc nugget. How hard was that to remake? No harder than the customers behind mes food who just ordered, right? She proceeded to then cuss me out and then someone else handed me my bag of hot food....make it make sense!? Food places do realize their paychecks come from the customers who order their food right?

If I could give 0 stars I would.I order to the app about $30 worth of food during breakfast time.I ordered at 10:30 AM.And they told me it ended at eleven I have My roommate go up there almost every time to pick up my order.Cause I have a six month old son and he's sleeping. And this time they don't have my order , goes inside and still doesn't have the order.And they can't find the order.And I have a feeling they were waiting until breakfast was order.So they didn't have to serve our food like it is ridiculous that the service here is that bad.They were provided a code and screenshots of the order.

I ordered from DoorDash got two meals and a happy meal 4 pc with extra kids cry and chocolate milk I never received my 4 pc happy meal on top of my triple cheese burger being half done do not order from them. I tried reasoning I been calling for hours straight someone answered and just sat the phone down ..I don’t recommend feeding yo dog this bs

So I was in this location and ordered from the counter, a young man waited on me, he was pleasant. Here's my issue, when I received my order none of the items were correct. I inturned let the young man know he apologized immediately but the manager who I later learned was Claudia invited herself to the conversation between he & I and started badgering him and started speaking in Spanish and proceeded to tell him to clock out. It wasn't that big of a deal, when I watched her place the items in the bag and handed it to him to give to me. My question is why would you be upset with him when it was clearly your mistake. The young man was black. I felt terrible for him and how she treated him. I will no longer patronize this location if that's how they are treating their employees. I will also pass this message on to my friends, family & Real STL News. You all have to do better. And to the young man that waited on me, (I didn't get his name) I am truly sorry this happened to you

This location was good and never had any problems until now. The service is a hit or miss, it can be good or bad service on some days. The food is good but can be bad. the drinks are very bad. I ordered a Vanilla Iced Coffee and all I got was just Iced Coffee, they don’t add creamer or enough vanilla to even try to make it better. Every time I Go to this place it’s VERY warm in the dining area, The AC is either just slow or they don’t turn it on at all? Regardless this location IS good but there can be slow take out times, 50/50 food quality, and the service can be short staffed or over all slow. There are many locations nearby but I would say this location would be your last resort if you run out of options.

Terribly disappointed. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, but received a bun with a patty that could simply be called a hamburger. When I got home and opened the package, I was so angry!

Where is the salad, where is the onion and tomato???

I demand an explanation and my money back as for the hamburger! This is not the one I ordered!

My friend got a McChicken the first time they gave her cheese (who puts cheese on a McChicken???)
Then she went in to get a new one and they put tomatoes on it?? Then again and they didn't even give her lettuce?? 😭

Had ordered a blueberry pie and when I got to the semiconductor windows after paying they told me they had no pies and I asked if there was anything else in place they could give me for that and refused to accommodate. Poor customer service.
