Placed a mobile order at 10:30, was there by 10:40 (supposedly 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed) and they said they were closed. Their hours on the app actually showed they were supposed to be open until midnight. So many issues. Bad service!

Who can mess up breakfast. These guys can. First drive thru lady just repeatedly asked are you ready are you ready? Then 22$ for 2 steak bagels 2 sodas and 2burritos. The steak bagels were definitely left over from yesterday. The bagels and steak were hard and disgusting. Glad no one answers the phone when you call. I know better than come to this one.

We sat at the register for 10 minutes and maybe 5 employees looked at us and we didn’t get served horrible service and gave us attitude,ordered a large, got a small drink
Went for late night donner had to go through drive through again cause my food order was messed up at 1:40 pm after work.

Even though we got a brand new McDonald's in eureka The Stafford terrible not friendly whatsoever some of them even yell at customers we always hear terrible stories so the place looks good on the inside but they need to rest after this place or retrain or treat them better. But sorry McDonald's we're not eating your toxic food until you fix it. Your fries are killers.. who knows how much sugar is in your coffee drinks. Why do you have to make fries with chemicals You don't try something real like real potatoes oil and salt three ingredients that don't kill us.. not eating here maybe only stop by for coffee now that's it.

The food at this location is decent thought just next door in Olivette food tastes much better.The fries here are probably the worst in STL.Im here at least once a week and fries are always horrible.Never crisp and golden as the McDonald’s standard.The staff is great.
