Doordashed an order from this McDonald's. Food was delivered shortly after the order was made. Food was delivered cold and dry. Ultimately, had to throw the food out and let the raccoons living in my dumpster see if it's worthy of their consumption. Don't order here, especially on a Sunday.

The McChicken I received was cooked at Ieast thirty minutes prior most likely much longer than that. It was inedible. No excuse for this, completely unacceptable. They weren't busy at all.

This is the best McDonalds in the St. Louis area. Every time I visit this location the service is exceptional, the food is always enjoyable and accurate, and most important the employees here are always polite, kind and nice with a smile on their face.

I have my nephews at my house every Sunday and because I don’t drive due to an accident I order food for the kids every afternoon food lunch. I kid you not EVERY SINGLE TIME i order there is something wrong or missing from my order. Unfortunately, Doordash and UberEats only selects this location to order from or trust I would definitely order from the location on Dorsett Rd. The time before last, I had like 2 burgers missing and ingredients that were put in the remaining burgers that I did not ask for including no sauce that I paid for. Last time, I received no sauce, no drink, and none of what they did give me was correct. This time, no fries and no sauce, just 4 burgers and a sprite that taste like carbonated water. Doordash always credits my account whenever I mess up but that is not a solution I would very much prefer to be able to order from a location that would actually get my order right instead of having to order, then report my food and get credit, then use my credit to order again just for the same thing to happen over and over. Unfortunately, the kids are so picky they don’t eat anything else besides Chick-Fil-A, but they’re here every Sunday and Chick-Fil-A is closed Sundays so I make an effort to get them what they want from McDonalds but they only hire people who are either A.) on the spectrum B.) don’t care about doing their job correctly and just do whatever or C.) the dashers who are picking up orders are stealing our food legit every single time. At the end of the day I’ve decided to stop ordering from this location and will just go grocery shopping before they come and just try my best to whip something up that they’ll actually eat since the place they really only eat from is a disappointment.

Prices are higher, food tastes worse somehow. And it's about a 50/50 whether you get food poisoning or not at this point.
McDonald's is terrible and it really doesn't matter anymore which one you go to. It's garbage food at corporate prices.

It's a McDonald's. There's not really much to expect here. None of us should be eating it, but if you're running low on money and need something quick it is what it is.
The service is great but the food is mediocre and fries are not hot!! That's the worst part ..

It's McDonald's. Service went down, just like every other fast food eatery because of the self serve order kiosks. If they are cutting entry level jobs and making the customer operate the order-entry system, at least don't increase the price.

This location never fails to disappoint. Drive thru is always slow, staff is not attentive, and orders are almost always wrong. Travel a couple miles and go to the Olive location.
