Service on Sunday morning has drastically fallen down hill over the past few months. I've tried both drive through and mobile orders. No matter which I used I'm asked to pull over into a parking spot even if there isn't another car in behind me. This is a new thing that started just a few months ago. This is why Hardees on Dorset shuddered. I've gone for my family's order at this location almost every Saturday or Sunday morning for almost 2 years. Food is still good and correct to order. Extremely slow for a McDonald's...I will give it one more weekend then I'm out permanently.

By far the best mcdonald’s you can get in the area. Weird how mcdonald’s here tastes 100 times better than any other i’ve ordered from. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that food will still come out fresh and delicious. I’m not one to rave about fast food but this place does it right.

This is consistently one of the worst McDonald's in the area. The Dorsett location is a far better choice if you really want McDs and are staying in Westport. This place will give you completely the wrong food and have you waiting a half hour for it. Best of all, they don't care.

The food was pretty yummy. But I had placed an online order before going to drive thru to pick up the order. I waited at least 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me in drive thru without anyone acknowledging me. Two people left behind me in line and finally I drove to next window because no one was going to help me clearly in drive thru. Once I finally told them I was picking up online, order I was given the incorrect order. I stayed in drive thru until someone opened the window again and was able to give me the correct order. I have a poor experience here every time but unfortunately it's the closest one to me or else I wouldn't go back. I would recommend any other location if you have a choice
