Most horrible experience in my life. Today is the 25th of Oct at 9:30 pm and the workers don't want to work. I got here at 9:05 pm, with 2 cars in front of me. I thought the speaker was broke and drove up to the window after the other customers pulled up and drove off. I get to the pickup window to watch 3 girls not doing nothing. Then they was so rude and I had to go through the drive through again and its ridiculous. Just got my food at 9:33. Never again!!!!!

This is the McDonalds from the throws of Hell! I would prefer for them to close down for a day to get themselves together than to continue the way are now! In drive thru for 15 waiting for someone to take my order..finally drove off! I think the Muppets could run this location better!!

They honestly do not deserve the One star i gave. This is the slowest McDonalds in N County. They act like they do not want to work. It takes 10 mins just to get one order. They either need more people to work or CLOSE THE HELL DOWN. You are on a busy street so everything should be up to par. Yea ok.!

Usually ok service, food be good just slow service. But, recent incident made me change my review. My father and I went Saturday night around 9:30 pm July 24. They tried to overcharge on an order of quarter pounder, fries and 20pc nuggets. The nuggets were burnt and twice cooked. Terrible and waste of money.

If I can give zero stars I would. They attitude was horrible. I had to wait an hour and a half for a McChicken and a fry which I never received. They had food sitting out and lined up and on the counter. When I asked for my money back the manager lady had a whole attitude and started yelling at everbody. This is the worst McDonald's ever.

Worst McDonald’s in north county. Drive thru is extremely slow, the wait time is 15 mins minimum. When you get to the speaker, customers always have to speak first to get cashiers attention to place order. This location is only 3 minutes away from my house but I drive further away for better service.If you go to this location be prepared to wait in line for a very long time

when i go to mcdonald’s at night time and order chicken nuggets yall make it the texture of rubber-? then mostly when i go to mcdonald’s and get fries yall don’t even put salt on them.
