Update 12/1025…not much has changed in three months. I walked in to a store with only one other customer at the time whom already had his food and was fixing his drink. U stood at the counter without being acknowledged for about 4-5mins before I finally said hello. There was a young lady the a scarf, another young lady with a pony tail, a dark skin gentleman with either a fro or locs, and a heavyset lady. All of them looked at me and did not acknowledge me before I said hello.

When I finally said hello, the heavy one said, “do you need something, if we would have know you were right there we would have said something”.

Crazy how I can describe them all and they claim they didn’t see me.

I just did a DoorDash here and I witnessed the heavyset, light skin lady, with braids, a visor, and blue shirt be sooooo rude to the dasher in front of me. There was clearly a language barrier between the employee and dasher, he couldn’t understand what she was saying and when he tried to show her the order number on his phone, she stated she didn’t want to see his phone. She never made eye contact with him and banged on the counter to get his attention. She still misunderstood him and attempted to give him the order for my customer instead. I intervened and stated that was my order number, then waited to ask for my customer’s drinks. I was told the drinks were in the bag. I get to my customer’s home and they informed me there were no drinks in their bag. I personally went to a close by Quick Trip and purchased drinks for them.

All of this could have been prevented if the employee wasn’t rude, attempted to make eye contact, and double checked for drinks like I asked. I have a less than pleasant experience with each Dash order from any McDonald’s, but this one always takes the cake.

What is the purpose of being rude to the very people that keep an establishment running and allows that establishment to pay them for SERVICING people.

OK for starters I pulled up to the drive-through. I’m on hold for seven minutes before they even say hello. Three other cars in another lane past me before they greeted me. After I ordered, I pulled up to the window and she said, sir we don’t have Diet Coke. OK I’ll take a dr pepper . Once I get back to my job site to start eating the food, the bread is stale. The fries are stale. I have no idea how this place stays in business no straws in the bag one of the worst McDonald’s in the history of the world.

5yrs ago I promised myself I'd never go back to this one.. I broke my promise and paid the price. Burger was cold with no onions, soda machine was out of CO2, got my dine in in a bag, no straws for drinks. We all know it's the worst mcdees around, can't believe corporate lets this place exist. I don't blame the staff, clearly ownership doesn't care so why should they?

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! Roaches everywhere in this place, workers said that they have rats too. Employees have a horrible attitude, rarely gets orders correct and give you an attitude for saying something.

The workers always try their best. The owner apparently knows that the speakers in the drive through are broken and dosnt care to fix them.

If your ordering through the app do indoor pickup.

I’m a dasher and came to this store last night. Lots of young kids running the store at night and people leaving telling me not to eat there because they saw a mouse. As I walk in there were two other dashers, waiting for their orders. Bags were piled up and I said something. The manager or whoever, rolled her eyes, took her time, and rudely handed the dashers their orders. Lastly, came my order and she intentionally ignored me , went to dancing and looking at her cooks phone. Meanwhile I’m waiting for the food and I’m late for delivery.
DoorDash didn’t care, said I can get my ratings back up in a couple deliveries. What you don’t understand is that ratings matter and situations like this, orders should be allowed to be cancelled and contact the customer for safety reasons. Needless to say I’ll never go there or dash there again. I recommend not ordering DoorDash from mcds at this location.

Placed a mobile order and arrived at 6:30am. No workers present at all. Ended up canceling my order and leaving. Maybe they open at noon?

Rude and waited till everyone left to take orders because they didn’t want to take all the orders also didn’t say anything till I drove to the window to ask was they taking orders and told me they were but just wasn’t answering the speaker for over 20 minutes

Worst McDonald's I ever been too.... customer service was horrid....the lady walked to the Register and just stared at me...didn't even say anything or what can I get for you....just stared at me.... unbelievable....keep in mind, this was after the workers ignored me for a while.

This one, the floors were sticky, it smelled like someone peed all over the place. When I received my food, I was missing parts of my order. Also, they were not willing to bring out food for table side orders. I will not be going back to this when I go back in a few months for an appointment.

I was in a drive through window for 35 minutes and nobody ever took ANYBODY'S order at all. I had to cancel my mobile order and leave. Now I have to wait for up to 7 days to get my refund. That was my last little bit of money I had to feed my kids. Not only did we not get food today, we will not be able to eat that meal until the refund is applied to my count, days later. THIS LOCATION NEEDS CLOSED. PLEASE!

Horrible spot. Incredibly slow service in morning, waited 40 minutes for a single biscuit and they forgot the egg. Needs to pay more or something, go anywhere else u can.
