The employees closed the store at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday. The mobile app had already charged me and wouldn’t let me cancel because it said my “order was already started.” I still haven’t received my $19 refund for the order I never received. I’ve been submitting tickets to corporate. When I tried to call the store, I just got weird static. I’ve never had an experience like this before.

Lousy customer service always mixing up orders talk reckless to customers keep their backs turn to you never welcome any customers the morning crew is tge worst always filthy and floors stay slippery how can the owners allow folks to work them with the attitude they have the morning is full of mean no education workers they really need to fire tge entire staff or close the business I'm trying to contact the owner

This place is fine like 60% of the time if you order counter pickup via the mobile app. The other 40% is still super slow and they won’t start it until you show up and tell them you’re waiting. Ordering at location is totally worthless. 30-40 minute wait, even at the drive through. Almost always get my order right, at least.

Otherwise, it’s run terribly. Staff are rude, I watched them get Chinese food delivered and eat it at the counter while working (not very hygienic), and they will randomly close without actually marking the location closed to online orders. It’s happened to me twice now and I’m done with the place as a result.

Horrific! Cashiers will show you their frustration bc of their inability to multitask by taking orders and entering it. Plus the manager will get upset and will yell at you to move up to the vacant spot bc they messed up the order. But they had the wrong one today and made her know she will not talk to me crazy! I’ve only been in this city two weeks and twice I’ve been here they messed up the order and rude. Disgusting
