I was asked, along with just about every car in front of me, to pull to the side and wait for my order. Over the next 10 minutes I had staff ask me on 4-5 different occasions what order I was waiting on. When I finally got it, instead of getting 2 cheeseburgers, they gave me a double cheeseburgers. How do you get an order wrong that I had to remind them 4-5 times what it was??The service has really gone downhill since reopening. We had such high hopes.

Ordered sausage egg and cheese. Only to receive one with no egg and no cheese. However the employees had plenty of time to stand there and chit chat while people are waiting.

First time since renovation and will be the last. No CO2 ok but ordered a plain CHEESEburger and received the saddest thin patty on a crusty bun. Way too long in the drive thru to get to work and discover someone does not understand what plain cheeseburger means.

Went through drive thru, one of the girls working it was completely rude & had major attitude b/c I accidentally pulled to the 2nd stop instead of the first stop in the drive thru!! And then basically slammed the window. Wth? Is going on with customer service these days?? This alone will keep me from coming back now! I use to go to the old one several times a week. Done.

This franchise really should lose the franchise. Understaffed, worker rather flirt with girls outside the closed lobby, can’t fulfill orders. Why build a new building if food can’t be purchased because no one can get served?

Best McDonald I’ve been too!!! Visiting from Oklahoma and made my visit very pleasant!!! Everyone was very friendly especially the lady who took our order! Their whole staff is great!!!

Best McDonalds I’ve been to in awhile. Clean store, clean bathroom, food came out fast, polite employees . But, of course every McDonald’s is always understaffed..the employees that were there did a good job with keeping up with all the customers.

ate there today first time in years thought well brand new store should be great..the wait on drive thru was terrible only 1 car in front of in the pickup window..must have waited 20 min..then the fries i got were cold and old stiff and been sitting for along time the big mac was cold..then when i got to the pick up window they had forgot my milk shake. gotta tell you WONT BE BACK..burger king or chick filet..they serve food fast,hot, and fresh. i think you should go back to the okd store..terrible service. bad food
Went through the drive thru. We were gonna get two meals one for me and my boyfriend. He said one meal and the woman just gave him the total after that. Peggy didn't even ask if we wanted something else. My shake was barely full. My food was luke warm. I'll go somewhere else.

A lot of times at night they turn their sign off so nobody will think they're open. Does the owner know they're doing this? However if you go during lunch the service is very fast and they get you in and out in under 10-15 minutes.
