1/17/2026 at 12:00am. I forget how awful this store is and come to pick up a doordash order. The drive thru guy refuses to give it to me. I ask for the manager, she forces me to go inside the lobby. Once in the lobby, she makes me wait behind the 7 doordash employees waiting for orders. They state the order was completed 25 minutes before I received it and I personally watched the manager put the product in the bag prior to picking up the order. She was also extremely rude and made sure to give me a piece of her mind because I went through the drive thru line as it states in the directions given to the app. Pic included. Again, it's MIDNIGHT! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, FIRE THEM ALL.
1/19/2026 the exact same issue happens. There are 6 cars in the drive thru, they now have all the doors locked and are refusing to give me the doordash order in the drive thru. I've already been waiting over 20 minutes. I could have thawed out hamburger, cooked it, made fries and the customers food, went home and came back, put a bow on it, deliver it to them and go to the next order by now. PLEASE FIRE THE ENTIRE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT STAFF

Went through the drive through trying to use a code for a free item, and on my phone it said it worked and took my points, the person on the drive through said it didnt go through, I refreshed abs told her it went through on my end, she was silent for a minute or two, didnt offer any solution, so I said I didnt know what to do, she didnt offer any solution, I then said thank you for the help I guess Ill leave, and she stayed silent. Kinda annoying cause it did use my points but I got nothing from it.

Rom the manager tried to scam me and overcharge, my friend cancelled his order but rom refused to refund him and when we tried talking to him about it he threatened to call the cops and kicked us out. 0/10 do not recommend.

The last 2 times they messed up my order. The first time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I got a sausage egg and cheese. And tonight I ordered the bacon double quarter pounder value meal, and got charged for it. What I got was a normal double quarter pounder meal (no bacon)with half of a large fry (they gave me a medium in a large fry box) for the bacon double quarter meal price. Check your food before you leave!! I got overcharged for something I didn't recieve. Almost forgot, after 3pm they stop bringing you your food if you decide to sit down, half the time you can't hear them call your table number, if they do call it at all. They are more concerned with talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Saw a line earlier tonight of 12+ ppl that all came in at different times and they waited 20+ minutes before someone actually stepped up to take their orders.

Good is consistently cold and the order is wrong more than it is correct. This last dinner, we attempted a mobile order for puck up. The pick up parking on the app wasn't working and the app said the use the drive thru or go in. I had the flu, so I attempted the drive thru. The drive thru attendant insisted she could not help me, so I had to leave. The restaurant still charged my card for food I did not receive. I have called to restuarant and left feedback asking for a refund. No response from management.
