Door to play area is very hard to open and slam shut while I was there a little girl got her finger smashed in the door the manager was told she just said the inspectors passed it so it's not my problem

I should have looked at reviews for this place. Absolutely gross tables are gross bathrooms are bad too!! My friend and I waited 15+!!! We ordered at 15:38 (3:38) pm and didn't get our food until 15:58 (3:58)pm the fries were mediocre warm not hot!!! Not going here ever again!!! Mcdonalds was in its prime in the 90's and early 2000's miss those days

I am getting tired of ordering Diet Cokes , and being given regular Cokes. The person taking the order repeats diet coke, and yet I am given the wrong soda, I cannot drink regular coke for medical reasons, so once again, I am out $4.00 (I always round up)

This McDonald's needs to be shut down the health department needs to visit this place unannounced The place is trashed There is absolutely nobody to serve at the front desk when u try to get someones attention they just add but you're not One of the workers stops serving food walks out the front door graves a child about 2yrs old in a blanket carries her in the back around all the food like nothing Didnt have nothing on her hands to protect the food No care for the customers Then just goes back to work with out nothing on her hands

I arrived at the McDonalds a little before 7am on Saturday, April 12th, and placed my order at the drive through. The order taker was competent, courteous and spoke well. Once I paid I was instructed to pull forward to the next window for what I thought to wait for my order to be prepared. I had ordered 5 Sausage Egg McMuffins and 6 hash browns for me and my family. I sat for a few minutes and car after car pulled ahead of me to the curb and into empty parking spaces, probably 6-7 cars total. I eventually shut off my car. I received my food order close to 15 minutes, possibly more, after I placed my order. In short they were very backed likely due to being short staffed. Only people with small orders like coffee got their orders right away. The food was a little over cooked which didn't really bother me but the wait time was unusually high for McDonald's.
