This is CONSISTENTLY the SLOWEST McDonald's. I'm trapped in the drive thru for the last 45 minutes just for a Diet Coke. I will never come back. This is the worst.

I just ordered a QP meal w a strawberry shake through Uber Eats. I know sometimes thats a huge gamble with food delivery. The food was the absolute best!!! Everything was perfect!! Burger and fies were hot and shake was still thick!! Great Job. (I cant comment on service or atmosphere)

We don't usually eat this non-food but we were starving late at night and it was the only place open nearby. We sat in line in the drive thru for almost twenty minutes and it didn't even move so we left. Hey mcdonald's how about staffing your restaurants. We won't go back here.

Go every morning have to wait at least 45 seconds for the lady that takes the order to finish have a conversation with her coworker then she will ask what I would like to order never get fork with my biscuits and gravy just bad experience literally every day

This place sucks waited at the register for about 30 mins and no workers was by the register. There was a line of us finally a worker came and they was on their phone ordering food. There's no lids out stuff all on the floors.

Today they kind of failed. they left me and other vehicles waiting in the Sun and curbside today. I walked in the check and there was no Hustle or bustle. A lobby with water on the ground with no sign and a little bit of trash. My order wasn't very complicated either. I can understand being exhausted after a lunch rush, but I couldn't even get a supervisor or cashier to the front. So there was no communication. Yes people wasting gas keeping their AC running in a market where gas is expensive. Now that I've gotten my food the person who delivered it said usually they come in. I ordered curbside and I had to mix my own s'mores. What the flying puck are you doing working at a McDonald's if you can't understand customer service or preparing a meal before getting into someone. If I wanted to do it half done I would have done it myself.

This location used to be the best McDonalds I went to...now it is THE WORST. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, the employee's kids are running around making noise, going behind the counter, helping themselves to drink cups. Then the employee's friends come in...also walking behind the counter so the workers do anything but work. Service is horrible, slow and bad attitudes from the entire staff. Terrible to see what used to be a nice location with friendly, helpful workers turn into someplace I will not go back to.
Under protest…tried this location again. Still awful, incompetent workers. AVOID

This place is horrible. They were missing my snack wrap. The food was very cold. My two apple pies were burnt. My McChicken was burnt. Don’t waste your time or money going here. You’re better off going somewhere else this place needs to get shut down.

For the 4th time now they waited intill at the window to tell me they cant do the mcflurry or milkshake or sundae beacause the machine turnes itself off from 2am-6am. And couldnt even given me a caramel frappe in sub because that machine was off too this time even tho i have gotten it before around this same time before in sub

Today I visited this McDonald’s location. My order was simple one sausage McMuffin. What I don’t understand is when I received my sausage McMuffin it was cold. How is a sausage McMuffin cold? You have a hot piece of sausage and a toasted muffin. Come on McDonald’s.

This location is horrible. They also seem to get the order wrong or give you half of it, refuse to give you the correct order or what you're missing, and always seem to forget straws. Doesn't matter if it's delivered or you pick it up, it's not a good experience. Numerous times I've had these issues and the only reason I even go there is because it's not far from work, and 30 minutes isn't a lot of time to eat when they keep ruining your order. Would not recommend this location or this crew until they fix a lot of their issues.

Didn’t know a singular pickle was “extra”, don’t charge people for extra if you’re not even going to give them the standard 3 pickles. Time and time again I stop coming bc y’all don’t understand the word “extra” and when I cave bc I just need something quick, I get let down all over again. This is ridiculous at this point
