The woman at the drive through was the nicest woman I ever met she made me wanna come back to this McDonalds due to her excellent service on drive through and helping me out I wish I got her name but it was the morning around 11:30 am on 5/28/2025
This location was always known for how slow the drive through was and horrible customer service and I’ve lived in this area my whole life but the last two time I’ve come recently within one month have been exceptional. I don’t know if it’s new management or new employees but everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY and QUICK. We dined in today (lunch time) and got our food before I even finished paying. The time before that it was drive thru and the person on the intercom communicated quick and even made a joke and made me a laugh and that rarely happens when you go through a drive thru and we received our food in a timely manner. I see a lot of bad reviews here and I thought I’d share some good things about this location because they deserve it and they are doing an AMAZING job and I hope they CONTINUE to keep it up.
Good was good. It was a little busy so not in and out as fast as I would have liked(we were on a time crunch) but that wasn't their fault. The food was still good and made right.
Came in at 9:30am on a Saturday. Out of breakfast burritos, pit of lg coffee.. people standing around waiting on their food forever, drive thru seems like the only one that gets attention.
Went through the drive thru and they would only take mobile orders or DoorDash. I don’t understand why they can’t just take someone’s order through the speaker, also very frustrating that we waited in line for 20 minutes before getting to the speaker to figure out this information. Have had several other instances coming here where orders were either wrong or missing items. It’s unfortunate how poor the quality control is at this location. Will not be returning.
Usually fast. Took 15m for one happy meal and didn't have ice cream probably bc they didn't want to clean it later as they were short staffed. Still better than the one on Bayless but a second rate mcdonalds.
Great if you go during the day. One of the worst experiences ever if you go at night. Rude customer service that doesn't know how to take orders and serves off orders to cheat the times, but not know what the customers want. Awful, awful ownership that is cheap and won't take care of the restaurant or staff it.

No no frappes , came in for a frappe & u have NONE! Wth!! And no damn toilet paper in bathroom !! 3 rd McDonald’s in 2 months with no f-n toilet paper! Get it together an adult needs to be supervising the children they hire!! Stop sweeping the floor & restock!!!!

Staff are unprofessional, unfriendly- machines are always down- when there's a problem they won't fix it- I am always given a wrong order or old food- especially the pastries that I'm always given past the time of the expiration sticker- the managers are useless & act like they don't want to deal with anything. This last time my mother & I tried to use a code for 15% off a purchase of 8$ or more- we purchased a 40 piece nugget deal that was 12 dollars alone which would have made the code work- the kid at the window who hardly spoke English took the code (decided not to tell us that he didn't apply it) then tried to say it was a different code, which it wasn't. Manager wouldn't fix it as usual & argued with us. I'm just 100% done with this place- there is always some kind of issue which wouldn't be a problem if it were resolved every time but it never is. Old food, poor service.

I ordered and paid for a double fillet of fish and instead I got a single fillet of fish. I tried calling for over an hour and all I got was a busy signal. I won’t go to this McDonald’s again because it’s not the first time something like this has happened, and I really believe management just doesn’t care.
VERY slow drive through. I'd rather drive a longer distance for a better functioning McDonald's.
Food was warm but girl walked up laughing and my fries had zero salt... not complaining but it was kinda off putting.
Service was terrible. Kiosk were broken, people were leaving as they wouldn't take anyone's order unless you used the app or the kiosk. The one kiosk that was working wouldn't take payments so you had to pay at the counter anyway. Total mess. Several people had issues and left.
