It’s all of the McDonald’s, all of the employees have attitudes and they’re very rude. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! But today I came through the drive thru, went to the second window and the lady working it said rudely “pull up to the rail” then slammed the window in our face. Remind you, I was the only car in the drive thru lol . Ordered a Happy Meal and they forgot the toy. Food cold and soggy fries. So why did we get pulled for poor attitudes and cold food? Whole point of a Happy Meal is for the toy, now my toddler is very upset. THANKS MCDONALDS!

the night crew is an absolute nightmare, we live close to this mcdonald’s and go here consistently and everytime we go at night it’s a disaster, they close before actual close, and they talk to you like trash. from other reviews i can see that this is common. but to be yelled at through a speaker is insane. hire people with a work ethic.

I just got an ice cream cone and large drink. I went inside. Place was filthy. Stuff all over floor and beverage station was a disaster...stuff all over. I wish I would have taken pictures. I'm in my 70s and used to take my Grandchildren in there. Never ever again. Clean up your place please.

This location is absolutely terrible. Nobody seems to care.
The store manager Jewles I believe is her name, white female with short haircut. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Food was good but she needs to be taught how to speak to people and how to properly treat other's. Definitely doesn't need to be a store manager with that type of attitude.

I mean this is the saddest excuse of a McDonald’s ever. For the pathetic price of $30 for 2 complete meals with fries and drinks, then to wait for some teenagers to sass at you while you wait from 6:38 to 7:08 for your food. Why not go to a restaurant and give your money to some place that knows what they’re doing?

Stopped in for lunch and it took forever for anyone to take an order even though they repeatedly looked and commented several times. Sorry we're older and still believe in actual service instead of dealing with a Kiosk. Once they took our order they gave us the cups for our drinks to get while they made our food. We found a table to sit at which was kindof difficult considering most of them were dirty and had trash on them. Basically the dining area looked like bombed out Beruit!!! I went back up to get our order and the kid that handed it to me tried handing me more cups and even though I declined them telling him we already had them he kept trying to give me more cups. FINALLY as the light bulb went off over his head he got the hint we didn't need cups. I then asked him for Ketchup and he walked away to go get another order. AGAIN I asked for Ketchup and he brought me 1 pack for 2 large orders of fries. WHAT...I guess we were supposed to share a pack?? It was at this point I felt compelled to ask him if his parents had any children that made it past birth!!! Sadly he didn't have a clue as to what he was doing and was pretty obvious he was only there for a check and nothing else.
