all my food is cold took 40 mins to got 2 burritos and a hash brown. my burritos should of already been rolled and hash browns should be dropped or made already. my order should’ve took 5 mins but took 40

We just got a new air frier and I want to thank the mueller road mcdonalds for giving fries that were cold and soggy enough that we were able to test out our new air frier and finish the job mcdonalds started. Im proud to say that our ninja frier made them as excellent as the prepandemic fries that I remember! ????

Other than one of the shift lead or assistant managers that can’t recall the name of. I always have a great time here and it’s my go-to McDonald’s. Specifically Sandy from the morning shift and Adam from the afternoon shift are the two most notable that make my day better because they always feel like a friend and that’s perfect service if you ask me.
