Thank god this location is closed. The most horrible McDonald's location in South Country. Rude staff who had no clue what they were doing, the doors goin inside were always locked, and you always had to wait for your food through the drive thru. There was no sense of urgency from any of the staff and your order was always wrong.

Placed an order via mobile app. I pulled up to the drive-thru but did not get a cashier. When I pulled around to the window after a couple of minutes, I was told there were no workers there so they could take orders.
i placed an order online. and went i went to get it the doors were locked and the drive thru was blocked. also couldn't get my money back so yay

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to in the world. Just wow... I feel safer in Chicago than this McDonalds getting my order right. If Carole Baskin makes a good wife, than this "restaurant" gives good service

Their drive through never seems to be open past 6pm, and every time I've tried to DoorDash orders between 10-11am (I work nights), they always get cancelled by the restaurant at the very last minute, almost always when the order should be being picked up. Definitely don't recommend this location until they can get their stuff together enough to run the place during their posted business hours (6a-8p according to their Google page). I'm a very understanding person, but I've had enough issues at this location that I won't be even trying to go back for a while. There's another location on Tesson Ferry that is much quicker, and the staff is friendlier as well

Dump! Had a mobile order, no curbside. Selected dine in...all doors locked. Rude young lady at the first drive thru. The guy at the second window nice but by then the whole experience horrible.
