Food is cold, always missing something. Customer service is awful.
Drive through always is backed up because it takes so long. Today, when I went through at 11:10 am, they were out of all soda. How does that even happen? Took me 14 minutes to get through line, then waited in cue #2 for food. No napkins were in the sack. Mind you this is not a one-off experience. I am typically a very tolerant person, but this service reflects poor management. At least that is consistent.
