By far the absolute worst McDonald's in south county and it's not even close! They need to just go ahead and close the doors and sell the place. 0/10 I don't recommend
Can’t complete a order consisting of 3 hamburgers and a medium fry in a timely manner or send all 3 hamburgers in the bag so go shorted food. Service is slow
Never get what you order, waste of money.
Waited In line for 40 minutes and when I got my food my burger was half cooked half raw.
Very quick and efficient and the workers are always friendly when I come here
Awful service will never come back to this place
Horrible service
We were the only people in line and went 5 minutes unhelped, only for 2 cars to pull into the line next to us and be helped first. It gets to our turn and it’s 10:55 on the clock and we say we want a egg and cheese biscuit only for the employee to catch an attitude and emphasize on “what would you like this AFTERNOON” still having 5 minutes left of breakfast.
Great McDonalds
When I go after work around 10:30-11 pm I always have a good experience. Fast hot food

Pull you forward for a simple sandwich, took over 10 minutes. Food was cold
Cold inside need wear extra clothes.
Employees want to be paid a living wage, I get that. What I don’t get is why your employees can’t cook a burger. Don’t get me wrong I understand the burgers come frozen never fresh, what I don’t get is why the employees here can’t cook a burger. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese minus the onions. 1st. The “Quarter Pounder” was a not a quarter pounder burger, it was a regular patty. 2nd. Your employees didn’t even cook the burger all the way through. It was still pink and cold. I get Medium rare burgers and that fun stuff, yet I don’t want a pink cold patty from McDonald’s. Cook the thing all the way through.
Do Better
Cold food, stale buns, cold fries,
We drove up to a nearly empty location, 01/12/25 at around 230, and it was full of employees. The employee who took our order was less than delightful; no smile and was very short with us. The next window, though the employee was very pleasant, explained that our food was not done to pull around to spot 1. The spot was positioned poorly. We drove up, and we were parked in a manner that it was difficult for people to get between us and the diagonally parked vehicles that were patrons inside. We kept having to pull forward and then back back to where spot one was. We also had to move when a customer from inside came to leave because they could not get out with us parked at spot one. We waited for our food for around 15 minutes. The employee who brought the food out was polite and apologized for the wait. When we got our food, the fries and the burgers were cold. The cheese had gotten hard, and the fries, though still palatable, had become stiff. They were out of normal bread, so our delux chicken sandwiches, very hot, so they must have been the wait. They were on big Mac buns and only had tomatoes and mayo on them; no other toppings. Though it wasn't a horrible experience, it left a lot to be desired. I hope to visit again to be able to write an update on this experience. It could have just been a bad day.
