wow cannot believe the management of this place still has a job, they are not doing anything to improve on service with so many complaints. this has to be the slowest MCD in STL. its so slow that i drive out of the way to another MCD to get food. Your 1st and only one in line and 20 min to get food.

Went to store 8/1 around 6am was told by employee that store is closed the manager just showed up. Mind you they open at 5am it says.
Today 8/4 around 6 again went to drive-thru and no one awnser it. I drive around to the front and all the employees were in their personal cars sitting. Probably waiting for manager again. I just drove off after that.

God this McDonald’s is SLOW. Every time I spend money in the app and then get subjected to their horrific service, but I wait because I already spent the money. This is more a lesson for myself to remember never to come here and hope it closes down someday.

The McDonald’s “drive through” is ridiculous making every single car pull into a spot or pull around the corner to wait on there food. I get trying to speed things up but there was no one behind me and I still got sent to a spot. There’s now 4 cars sitting in spots waiting for food and no one in the drive through. It’s called “fast food” if I wanted to wait in a spot I would do curbside but this is the third time in a row I’ve been sent to a spot. I don’t get it and it’s not hard or crazy busy. Do better no need to wait in a spot when they could just be better prepared.

I’m not sure why we continue to subject ourselves to this McDonalds location in Oakville. We know they are slow. We know they never get our order right. Oakville doesn’t have much to choose from when you’re in a pinch and the good restaurants are closed on Mondays (Nubby’s- they have pick up, closed Mondays).
Ordered online three times and I wait at curbside on my way, set time to pick up, the wait for an additional for 20+ mins after arriving each time.
They us brought out the Oreo shake from our order and that was it. We had meals for three people. I had to go in to get it and they were like oh we had your order complete. Tell them which spot, they come out 15 mins later, shake is melted by now. Asked for a new shake and she said it’ll take a bit. Two cars in the drive thru, no one on curbside, didn’t see anyone in the lobby… why is it going to take long? I said never mind and we left.
Today we had to order in a pinch. During my 20 min delay (arrived on time, mind you), I watched the guy next to me get his food delivered, go inside to get what they missed. He leaves and comes right back around and goes back in. But they got my food right for once and it was warm. I’ll call my 20 min wait a win this time. L
This franchise owner really should fix the staffing issues.

I placed an order for 10 happy meals with drinks. I waited 30 minutes to get my order and it was only after complaining. Every order after me received their order and left. The manager was only worries about the drive thru orders and not the ones placed inside. Spent over 50 dollars and regretted it. Dont recommend.

Can’t complete a order consisting of 3 hamburgers and a medium fry in a timely manner or send all 3 hamburgers in the bag so go shorted food. Service is slow
