Always forget items, didn't receive frappes, syrup or utensils, when you call they never answer. Have the nerve to rush you in the drive thru, and always get the order wrong. I do not recommend this location. Better options on the same street

The Golden Arches are strapped to my yummy menu and OPEN 24hrs compelled me to go out my usual commute to access this location's food. Strapped with my Mobile App, I entered waiting in line at a window slide in the foyer or the first door's vestibule before where you normally open the second door to enter into the lobby. First time I seen one like that; and, I made a mental note thinking why this is so. Apparently, if you do not drive, such as I or the totally blind, you don't have the right to pay in partiality. So after spending almost what seemed like a half hour trying to edit my order for only debit, I was told my payment would not be processed and couldn't be completed through that sliding glass. DOORDASH. Only this third-party service could obtain, and only if you're not needing to use partial payments. Mind you, it's a three min. walk to the University. As a result I was "gifted" three very different tasting cheeseburgers; and, I am here for FRIES too! Each burger more unusual than the last suspect and although I was hungry enough to eat a horse, half of the second and ninety percent of the last burger ended on the ground due to the revolting taste. For minutes, I spat. I'm sure one patty was garnished after being summoned from the grease trap and it was firm as a rubber hockey puck. The other had a top bun that was slick and only could be classified to my taste buds as some unknown human's saliva. The condiments corroborated my thoughts when I glanced, having lifted the bun. I did have enough for pizza using another app and I used this lifeline. Certainly late to work, I still had to get satisfied. I won't be back and if I do lose that job I'm sure I can become a writer or perhaps a lab tech, I won't return to that location until I'm sure workers have real food for real customers and not hungry taxpayers with partial cash to be credited.
Vegetarian options: Take the did to the hospital laboratory if it's suspect

this is the worst mcdonald’s location i have ever been to. I placed a curbside order and waited 20 minutes before they marked the order as delivered even though no one brought any food out to me. They then refused to help me and were rude and insulting about it. no food, no refund. On many other occasions they got my order wrong. i hope this place can get new management.

Went to go get breakfast at 6:45 am they open at 6 am the lady that was in there was so rude she asked me what did I want i just said this is a customer trying to get something to eat she then cussed me out and hung up on me.All I asked was they short staffed or what was the problem that i couldn't get something to eat i then pull it up to the window and ask for the lady name the person that was by the window was very rude also she did not give me her name or the other lady name i will be contacting the corporate manager for this location
If I could put negative stars for the service I would, the lady was soooo rude :((( we placed a mobile order and when we got to the speaker she SCREAMED at us asking for the code and saying they were out of some items. She made us feel like we were committing a war crime for merely begging for a measly bite of food. She was yelling at the employees inside too… Food was mid too, the guy at the window was the only decent part of it

Made me use cash to pay for extra sauces and didn't give change back. Will tell you can't add to a mobile order when they can and are supposed to confirm with them. Won't give you a free water cup and are usually just unprofessional. I try to be lenient on fast food workers as a former one and understand the stresses. But they're probably the worst fast food experience and store I've ever been to unfortunately.

Big lady with dry ponytail that works overnight is rude and shouldn't work there if she's going to be spiteful towards customers.Find something else that fit your work liking because your personality is horrible and it gives McDonald's a disgusting look
