everything services slow rude 😒
Manager Terri is very rude and unprofessional. That’s the reason the employees are rude, lazy, and incompetent. This location needs to be shut down or they need to hire a new manager and new employees. It’s a reason for the 2.3 star rating.
Most McDonald’s workers don’t have access to paid sick or family and medical leave. As a consumer and customer, I’m deeply concerned about the safety of workers, their families, and our communities. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter, but by failing to give all workers access to paid leave, McDonald’s is forcing its Black and Brown workforce to choose between receiving a paycheck or risking their health during a global pandemic. However, the atmosphere and food service could be improved, as some customers have experienced long wait times and issues with cleanliness. Despite these issues, the food is praised for being delicious, especially when ordered plain or special. Some employees, such as David and Efron, are commended for their friendly service and quick handling of customers. Recently, service has been efficient and the food was hot and drinks cold, though mistakes like receiving fewer chicken nuggets than ordered have occurred but were fixed promptly. While the food remains great, there are concerns about customer service, especially from younger staff who sometimes get orders wrong or are distracted on their phones. The restaurant offers great meals for kids and is kid-friendly overall.
